The smell in the hotel was awful. Cooking oil. The AC went on and off all night. There were bugs in the bath tub. Breakfast selection was awful. Hotel is not clean or well maintained. We had two rooms. Really awful experience.

We were given a second floor room with no elevator. When we finally got to the room, our card key didn’t work. When we went to check in there was no one at the front desk and it took forever for someone to come. They also had no air conditioning on in the hotel so it was very hot. The manager was not that friendly and he had to run my credit card twice because he couldn’t figure it out

Absolutely rude the room was disgusting and dirty. Never did it say that I was going half to have a $100 extra down in case of accidentals. Wasn't going to give me my room because of it. Absolutely disgusted would never recommend staying here at all. Sheet rock was all tour op tables. Discussing dirty cobble's air conditioning filter. Absolutely disgusting not a good place to stay highly not recommended

The Gentleman at the desk when we checked in was very friendly and accommodating. We requested a late check in and he was very good about it. The hotel has a smell and the room was quite dirty. The bathroom door knob had blood on it (I have a picture). This place is fine for a short overnight stay.

When we arived one of the guests was attacking the employee at the front desk with a baseball bat. I never checked in. Dangerous hotel. Travelocity would not let me cancel or get a credit im pissed.
