The rooms are small and poorly lit. There are very few plugs to connect a charger. The hallways are narrow and zig zag along the way. Generaly the common areas feel cluttered. The included breakfast is served so slowly that my wife went elsewhere and returned before her juice showed up. My fruit plate never showed up.

Really nice room, free water, super nice rooftop pool with loungers and two hot tubs. Nice very of the city. I was worried at first because I saw a handful of reviews saying they got robbed but I think it was just angry people trying to review bomb them. Couldn’t really ask for a better stay for my week here.

We checked in on November 9th and checked out on November 14th. When we arrived it was dark and late maybe 10 pm. We chose a room with a balcony and city view. When we were taken to our room, we were on the 3rd floor, and we were never informed that the elevator was not operational and appeared to have been that way for quite some time. I'm certified disabled and the stairs were a bit too much for me. The second floor, floor boards were rickety and unleveled. Every time I would try to find a comfortable spot to walk, I would always jar my knee on the unleveled boards. The television language was in Spanish, and you were unable to change the language. We called the lobby for assistance with the TV, and the guy didn't know how to do anything he went on to mention this was our opportunity to learn Spanish. The manager stated he would have maintenance come up tomorrow to look at it. Needless to say, no one came, and we had to stop counting the problems to keep from ruining our trip. We chose a package that included breakfast and that was a joke they gave you a plate of fruit which was the thinnest slices of fruit that you could imagine off the breakfast list you could choose one thing so maybe pancakes or an egg something like that anything additional you had to pay for. Near the patio door, there were little tiny bugs on the floor. Anything that was on the floor was invaded by these bugs. When we were packing to leave, I was frantically shaking everything out (lmted review spc)

I am so happy that i stayed here! It is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and very safe. The hotel was everything I hoped it would be. Tony at the front desk was amazing too. He is so helpful and kind and made my stay one to remember! He went above and beyond from the moment i checked in until the moment i checked out. Made me feel at home. I will definitely be back and would recommend this hotel to anybody wanting a magical place to stay. 10/10 for the hotel and for Tony!

Just a few blocks away of the locura of the Calle 5th and the beach, tropical oasis with 2 pools on the ground floor and another one with a jacuzzi on the third. Chek it out after dark.
