Nice and new resort with lots of activities, very nice water park. Good food with a lot of different options. I would definitely consider coming back and also recommend the place. All stuff are nice and friendly. Special thanks to our butler Johnathan and Alberto from pool activities.

I would like you to include more Mexican activities or songs in between your activities or songs. For Mexican activities you only had 1 during our 7 days stay was on Wednesday, and it was only for a few hours. For people who rented less days they would have less chance of seeing that 1 Mexican day. People are Going to Mexico to see Mexico culture and to see thing they won't see outside of that country.

Overall experience at the Royalton splash was a good experience. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel itself was great. As for staff, everyone was polite. But there was a handful of staff who were racist to our particular group when it came to the food trucks by the pools. Although these situations were brought up to upper management, I feel as though it was handled poorly. But other than the handful of issues, staying here was good, and the pools and cabanas were great!

First time to the Royalton Splash but our 25th time to Mexico so we've got quite a basis to compare to. We are in our early 40's with two kids 6 years old and 10 months. My family enjoyed the resort very much. Its a big resort but we figured it out on day 2. The amount of restaurants, bars, pubs, snack trucks was amazing. Honestly one of the best thing was access to washrooms everywhere and always clean. We had the diamond club swimout and with the services of our butlers Dulce and Gabriela the whole experience was even better. We weren't sure how or if we'd use the butler services but wow, the convenience of booking our reservation, towels and even getting to downtown Cancun was organized for us. I've read reviews of smell but we didn't nor did I run into anyo else complaining about this. You sign a waiver to replace your bracelet which is also your room key for $150 so if you lose it don't complain that the hotel will charge you. Be responsible. I dropped my daughter at the kids club and she came back in one piece. She didn't want to leave that place. The gameup zone charges you to play on the trampoline, bowling and laser tag but its relatively cheap. I'd definitely come back to this resort as a family or even with my friends because there was a lot to do for both classes. I don't write reviews often but this resort has a lower score then it should have but i guess thats good for families like us to keep the pretentious people out

Its an average property. But rooms could be more better and clean. In shower area, door was short and water coming out from there in the room creating a pool everytime you shower. No exhaust fan in toilet seat area.

Overall the resort was beautiful with lots of activities to do. Food was delicious you have a bunch of variety, my favorite was the buffet. The bed wasn’t so comfortable, and the beach blue color as seen in pictures.

Not clean. Ants in our room everyday. Sheets were not changed during our whole stay. Ordered room service at 9 came at 2 am other times it’s never came.

The property was huge lots of stuff to do. Overall I would give it 4.5 stars. The pools were clean, the beach was clean, service was great, the food we got to try was awesome too. The downside the app and having to make reservations. We had issues with the app the first couple of days so we couldn't make reservations so we didn't get to try all the restaurants we wanted to because they wouldn't let you in without a reservation. After it rained one day there was a bad smell around but it cleared away the next day.

We were very happy with our stay! All of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Entertainment and food was first class. The only thing we did not like were the speed bumps on the road into the resort. We are definitely planing to come back.

Nothing within walking distance and have to cab to see any local shopping. People were polite and faculty was super clean and easy to get around. Not much for the kids other than the water park and slides. Shows were good and good beach.
