The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The amenities provided, such as the gym and pool, exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to local attractions.

Parking lot spaces are so thin...you would think they were made for motorcycles. Dirty room. Stale breakfast. Heard the people above us banging around half the night.Desk staff barely spoke English. No plans to return.

The area where the hotel is located is great, lots of places to shop. The incident with the hotel was at the bathroom, the water will get stuck and my husband had to clean it. He removed so much hair from the bath tub drainage.

We had tons of options for food that pleased every allergy or fussy eater. Hotel staff was friendly and maintained property well. Movies in the evening for families was an added bonus and the breakfast was a welcomed bonus for us. We walked easily to Walmart for some needed things and had some great coffee shops available to choose from. We used Uber since rentals cars were hard to come by but easily accessible. Would stay again for sure.

Overall it was good , it’s an amazing location for shopping ,the included breakfast was really good and it wasn’t the same thing everyday, the room was clean and comfortable. There was also a movie night on Saturday . I gave 4 stars because the digital key on the app didn’t want to work at the pool or the laundry facilities so I ended up with 4 key cards because I had to go to the front desk to get a physical key card. Also 4 of the washer/drier machines were out of order, leaving only one of each operational. One upgrade I’d like to see especially in the single king size bedroom we were in is an updated shower head.
