There were several areas not so clean. One day I came back and lights I turned off were on and another day the bed wasn't made, but there was other items moved. The beds are too soft.

Overall, this hotel is not worth the money. The bathroom felt gross and dirty. The sauna listed in the amenities was not working and pool towels were scarce. FYI there is no elevator so if you're traveling with kids and have a lot of stuff/coolers you don't want to lug up and down the stairs then request first floor. They will NOT let you switch after they assign you a room even if you just checked in 5 minutes before and haven't even been in the room yet. No one was at the front desk around checkout time for receipts or questions. Another gentleman said he waited almost 2 hours to check in simply because no one was at the front desk. Besides the bathroom feeling icky the room itself felt clean and was in good working order. Nothing special about it. The breakfast was decent and I felt like there were enough options to choose from.

One of the best stays I've had...the only issue I had was them trying to charge the pet deposit for my service dog. Once that was worked out it was awesome

Never again will we stay at AmericInn!!
First room was set at 90 degrees with window open and it had just stormed out. Second room smelt horribly of pot smoke. Third room was on first floor and felt like we were in basement. Towels were nothing close to white. Bathroom tiles were gross. Heat/AC was loud! Free breakfast was so crammed into little space you couldn’t get to it. I also think the pictures on Hotels.com are from a different AmericInn!!!!

Overall hotel wasn’t bad. Was clean. Everything in room worked. The bad, stood at front desk for 15 minutes ringing bell before someone finally came from down the hall to check me in. Picked this hotel because a Sauna was advertised but was not operational. Which was upsetting as I chose this hotel for that reason alone.
