Safe in the gated community of Arrowhead Lake (gold star since 2013), this Poconos Lake & Beachfront home boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1 Art room plus a deck and sunroom with workspace and spectacular lake views. Total five beds (1 queen size, 2 full size and 2 Single size) and maximum occupancy of 8 guests.

With beach, lake and playground access right across the street, you can ensure fun for the whole family in an ideal location for kayaking (complementary kayaks provided), swimming, ice-skating (seasonal) and peaceful relaxation. In the winter, enjoy wood-burning and gas fireplace inside house or use firepit (firewood provided) outdoor. The community also has a small hill for kids to have fun sledding (complementary sleds are provided) under the parent's supervision.

Just minutes from Jack Frost, seven tub nature area, and Big Boulder ski resorts. This 4-season chalet also features furnished decks, a charcoal grill and an outdoor fire pit. Plenty to see and do, you’ll never want to leave!

Arrowhead Lake Community offers a variety of amenities including 3 outdoor heated pools (operated seasonally weather-dependent), 4 sand beach swimming areas (swim at your own risk), 2 lakes, numerous playgrounds, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball, shuffle board and horseshoe pits. The Lodge is the focal point for a long list of events throughout the year including live music, cookouts, karaoke, movies and educational programs. The Fitness Center, Adult Billiards Room and Library are also at the Lodge/Club. A "Family Game Room" is available at the Welcome Center Lower Level and features ping pong, air hockey, pool tables and kids games.

MANDATORY REGISTRATION FEES [paid to Arrowhead Lake separately]: This is a gated community with 24x7 security patrol. All guests must be registered 3 days prior to arrival. Registration fees : $8.50 per person ($2 off-season September-April), per day for all guests over the age of 6; $20 transaction fee; and $20 per vehicle are mandatory and not included in your booking. $100 late fee if registration not completed within 3 days prior to arrival. A separate charge will be sent to you after you provide the number of vehicle and guests to us. Please provide the number of guests, number of vehicles and vehicle information (name of driver, make, model, year, license plate number and state) ASAP. Vehicle information not needed for a rental car.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Deck, firepit, hammock, furnished patio, Weber charcoal grill w/ touch-n-go gas ignition system, kayaks, rowboat, canoe, paddleboard, life vests, 2 beach chairs included.

GOLF CART An electric golf cart may be available to rent ($40 per day) on first come first serve basis. Advance booking recommended.

POLICIES:
- No smoking of any kind inside the house
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- This property runs on a septic system, thus it is critical no items (feminine products, floss, food, toys, etc) other than septic-safe soft toilet paper be flushed down the toilet
- No fireworks or floating lanterns allowed (ground/hand-held sparklers are okay)
- No loud or irritating sound allowed (either by voice or by instrument) that disturbs the peace
- Community fees are mandatory and not included in the original booking fees. Fees must be paid to Arrowhead Lake at least 3 days prior to arrival.
- Arrowhead Lake's beaches and pools are only open between Memorial Day and Labor Day
- White thermostats control only heat, do not turn them on in the winter. Black thermostats controls split system including AC. To change the temperature, just press +/-. Pressing 'O' will switch the system between cool, heat and off.

NOTES:
- Your safety matters. This property features an exterior security camera facing towards driveway. It does not look into any interior spaces
- The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
- 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is necessary in the winter months to access the property.
