Café razoável, colchão inadequado para adultos com nossa altura e peso, NÃO tem secador de cabelo, NÂO tem cabides de parede no banheiro, NÂO tem ninguém para organizar o estacionamento fazendo com que hospedes mal educados ocupem duas vagas por carro, NÂO tem funcionários treinados ocasionando transtornos porque não sabe localizar as chaves do quarto, uma funcionária da recepção muito antipática, uma TV antiga de 20 polegadas no quarto.

Hotel muito bom e muito bem localizado. Havia obras de reforma em algum ponto do hotel e isso incomodou um pouco durante o dia. Outro ponto negativo foi o wi-fi. Achei muito ruim. O café da manhã, por outro lado, maravilhoso!

Ótimo, mas necessita de reparos urgentes!
O hotel tem excelente localização, fica perto da maioria das atrações da cidade! Amplo estacionamento (descoberto) tanto na frente do hotel como nos fundos, com entrada na lateral do mesmo. O custo benefício é bom, porém a instalação precisa de reparos urgentes! Na piscina tiramos até foto de um fio solto, sem qualquer cuidado. O toboágua tem uma parte aspera, mas funciona normalmente e até que pode ser usado sem muito o que temer. As piscinas são 3: uma grande, outra pequena e uma na qual a queda do toboágua acontece. A piscina onde ocorre a queda do toboágua precisa ser mais cheia, para evitar machucados e futuros problemas. A limpeza do hotel também precisa de maiores cuidados, tanto nas areas comuns como nas piscinas quanto nos corredores do hotel. Nos quartos, a cama é ótima (apesar de terem sido duas camas de solteiro juntas, no nosso quarto). O espaço também é ideal, pelo menos foi ideal pra nós, um casal. No banheiro sentimos falta de um local para colocar nossas toalhas. O chuveiro é uma delícia! O café da manhã é ótimo, muitas opções de comida e uma equipe maravilhosa na cozinha. Tanto na cozinha quanto na recepção! A equipe está de parabéns. Adoramos a hospedagem e apesar dos reparos que o hotel precisa, voltaremos em uma próxima oportunidade.

Única reclamação nem é sobre o hotel e sim do site hoteis.com pois qdo liguei para me informar sobre pagamento antecipado o site me informou que não cobraria nada antecipado e apenas no check-in ou check-out do hotel e veio cobrado 50% da estadia na fatura do meu cartão.
