The Villa Anna **** offers peace and tranquility surrounded by olive trees, 300 m above sea level, with stunning panoramic views of the sea, the islands and the coast to the 80km distant Split. In the background the mighty impressed Biokovo Mountain.
There are a total of two identical apartments for rent.
The app. is ideal for 2 + 1 persons with bedroom, bathroom, living-dining room with sofa bed (1,4x2m) and balcony.
There is also the possibility to accommodate up to 6 people by merging with another app. to obtain. Then you have the entire floor with its own ground floor entrance.

In the historic old Podgora, surrounded by olive groves with stunning views of the sea and its offshore islands of Brac, Hvar and Korcula, Villa Anna. Whether from the spacious balcony or by the beautiful pool area, you can enjoy the peace and quiet in the evening the sunset and the beautiful scenery of fairy lights along the coast to 80 km away Split.
The beach promenade in Podgora and elongated, pine-covered beaches, picturesque coves, and numerous shops, shops, cafes, restaurants etc. can be reached by car or scooter in about 5 minutes. We have reserved for you on request a parking space.

Great base
The hosts, Anna and Boris, were first class and very welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed including mountain bikes. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location was perfect to visit loads of places along the coast and we even found a variety of walks down to the sea front from the apartment - and the walk back up was always fuelled by a beer or two.... All in all a great place to stay. Happy to recommend.

Idyllic setting and wonderful hosts!
The property is exactly as the pictures show, with a spetacular view of the Adriatic Sea below. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and everything in it was of a superior quality. It was lovely to get to know our neighbours who were in the adjoining apartment and to have the owners, Anna and Boris, on hand in the apartment below. They were so helpful, understanding and warm. Nothing was too much for them and it was lovely to be invited to a barbecue which they put on. Many of Anna and Boris's guests come year after year and it's easy to see why. A wonderfully peacful, relaxing stay, with perfect hosts - what more could you say? I very much hope to return some day!

Perfekte Location mit Traumbalkon
Die Ferienwohnung ist wundervoll für 2-3 Personen. Sie ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Das Boxspringbett ist breit und sehr gut. Am allerschönsten ist aber der lange Balkon mit Sonne ab ca 11:00 bis Sonnenuntergang. Wir haben dort und in dem wundervoll gepflegten Garten am Pool die meiste Zeit verbracht. Anna und Boris, die Vermieter sind einfach klasse, sehr herzliche und aufgeschlossene Gastgeber, die bei jeder Frage oder einfach nur mal eben auf ein Schnack zur Seite stehen. Vielen lieben Dank für den wunderschönen Urlaub bei euch!

Dejlig ferie i Podgora
Beliggenheden var fremragende, og udsigten fra lejligheden var simpelthen betagende. Det var virkelig flot at vågne op til panoramisk udsigt hver morgen. Værtsparret, Anna og Boris, var utroligt imødekommende og hjalp os med alt, hvad vi havde brug for. Deres oprigtige venlighed og gæstfrihed gjorde virkelig en forskel. Lejligheden var skøn og havde alt, hvad vi havde brug for. Det var komfortabelt og hyggeligt, og vi følte os hjemme med det samme. Omgivelserne var dejligt rolige, og vi kunne virkelig slappe af i den smukke have med pool. Det var den perfekte oase for afslapning efter en dag med sightseeing eller strandbesøg. Det var også praktisk med den lette adgang til byen, og vi værdsatte muligheden for egen parkering, hvilket gjorde det bekvemt at udforske byen og dens omgivelser uden bekymringer. Podgora er en skøn og hyggelig lille by med gode bademuligheder. Vi nød byen og dens gode strand. Endelig var beliggenheden af boligen ideel for os. Vi kunne nemt køre til forskellige destinationer både mod nord, syd og øst og udforske flere områder af Podgora og omegn. Vores ophold var en sand fornøjelse, takket være Anna og Boris' gæstfrihed.

Traumurlaub am Berghang mit Traumblick aufs Meer
Super freundliche Vermieter. Bei Anna und Boris fühlten wir uns ab der ersten Sekunde sehr wohl. Eine Traumwohnung mit einem Traumblick auf das Meer. Wer Ruhe haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Super gepflegter Garten und eine Top Poolanlage.

Es war alles wie versprochen. Ein schönes, gemütliches Apartement für 2 Personen mit tollem Ausblick auf das Meer. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und bekamen auch Tips für unsere Ausflüge. Ich bin bei der kurzfristigen Recherche für eine Ferienwohnung auf dieses kleine Juwel gestossen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern Anna und Boris über die Agentur war problemlos und immer prompt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in den Bergen und bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer, wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge inklusive. Die Wohnung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig und ist perfekt mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Anna und Boris sind überaus herzliche Gastgeber! Wir konnten den schönen Garten mit seinen diversen Sitzplätzen vielfältig nutzen und haben so manches erfrischende Bad im Pool genossen. Alles war perfekt! Unser Dank gilt besonders Anna und Boris. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Schöner Urlaub an der kroatischen Riviera
Der Urlaub war von Beginn an wundervoll! Die Check-in und -out verliefen unkompliziert. Anna und Borris waren die gesamte Zeit über sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Apartments sind ruhig gelegen und bieten auch in der Hochsaison Ruhe zum Entspannen. An den sehr heißen Tagen nutzten wir häufig den Pool, wo Olivenbäume einen sehr angenehmen Schatten spendierten. Vielen Dank Anna und Borris für diesen schönen Urlaub!

Traumhaftes Apartment mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer
Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet und liegt wunderbar am Hang mit direktem Blick auf das Meer vom Balkon aus. Wir haben viele Sonnenuntergänge von dort bestaunen können. Anna und Boris waren fabelhafte Gastgeber, die uns herzlich empfangen haben und immer ansprechbar waren. Den Pool im Garten haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir fast jeden Tag am Strand waren. Auch vom Pool aus hat man einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer und kann in der Sonne oder im Schatten der Bäume entspannen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Podgora . Die Ferienwohnung war super ausgestattet mit Terrasse . Von der Terrasse hat man einen super Blick auf den Garten , Pool das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang 🌅 Die Vermieter Anna und Boris sind super nett und geben tolle Tipps . Fantastische locatie van Villa Anna
Dit is een geweldig vakantieadres. Het appartement ziet er prima uit en is rustig gelegen met een adembenemend uitzicht over de zee 300 meter lager. Het zwembad bij het appartement is erg netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien (ligbedden, kussens, opblaasbanden, douche, ect.) De eigenaren Boris en Anni zijn heel aardig en behulpzaam en je voelt je meteen erg welkom. Omdat het appartement op een berg ligt moet je met de auto naar Podgora, maar je krijgt de sleutel voor een prive parkeerplaats op 100m van het centrum, super geregeld. Echt een aanrader.

Absolute Empfehlung!
Da wir in den Sommerferien (zwei Wo Ende Juli) reisen mussten, hatten wir die Villa in den Hügeln oberhalb von Podgora gebucht, um den Massen unten im Zentrum jederzeit entfliehen zu können. Und genau dafür ist die Villa Anna perfekt! Nach einem langen Tag am Strand oder auch einem Besuch in Dubrovnik oder Split waren wir so so glücklich, anschließend am wunderbaren Pool mit Traumblick in Ruhe entspannen zu können. Obwohl die zweite Wohnung auch belegt war, hatten wir mit unserer Tochter eigentlich immer den Pool komplett für uns. Zu dritt ist die Wohnung ausreichend, wie auch beschrieben, die dritte Person schläft auf der ausgezogenenen Couch. Alles sehr bequem und ruhig, gut ausgestattet und sauber, die Klimaanlage top. Anna und Boris haben uns ganz lieb an der Eingangstür begrüßt und zu ihrem leckeren selbstgemachten Nuss - und Kirschlikör eingeladen. Sie wohnen unterhalb der Ferienwohnungen im gleichen Haus und sind damit stets zur Stelle bei Fragen oder Problemen, gleichzeitig sind sie absolut diskret und zurückhaltend. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank Anna und Boris für die schöne Zeit bei Euch, ihr seid in der Tat DIE perfekten Gastgeber!

Das Ferienappartement ist wunderschön, absolut sauber, von der Ausstattung her fehlte es an nichts. Wir wurden von Anna und Boris herzlich willkommen geheißen.
