Pleasure trip. Definitely disappointed with the accommodations. There was toothpaste smeared on the door jam of the bathroom. Cobwebs on the ceiling (less of an issue). The place was ok and accepted pets, which was the primary draw. Easy drive, or 45 minute walk to downtown. Not a fantastic location, but certainly easy to find.

A lot to be desired
Only good thing was no kids running in the halls. Floor felt rotten because you sink in it, jet tub buttons hardly work. You have to press hard enough to hurt your fingers to adjust the jet speeds. We were in a ‘luxury’ suite, but we couldn’t open the curtains because the staff smokes right outside the window. There was a giant hole in the wall in the hallway, lots of cracks in the walls, no caulking around the sink or shower, wallpaper pealing, and the staff at breakfast were too busy using their cell phones to keep the food stocked. Lastly, when you have a shower, prepare for a hot and cold experience. The temperature changes all the time. Was not worth the money they charged.

The two double bedroom was a good size overall. It had a kitchenette, small fridge, sink and large round dining table. The room had two large dressers. I also liked the fact that the bathroom had a large counter. Didn't have to chance to use pool. The continental breakfast was good.

Lots of feedback. I book online was suppose to be $430.00 for 4 nights. I get here, $586.00. I told the gentleman at counter and showed him my phone with that price, nope its $586.00. Pay that amount , then get told after the transaction , the room I booked , is not available. He put us in another room . Get in our room, get unpacked load the fridge with our food. Tv does not work, gentleman comes down tried to get it to work, no go. My husband follows him to front desk, he's given key to another room, tv does not work there either.. puts us in a 3rd room and to get to the washroom you have to turn sideways and shimmy past the 2nd bed ( would not have had a second bed if I got the room I booked to begin with) hot breakfast served between 6-10 am. day 2 breakfast got to buffett at 8:45 no food but toast and cereal. The young lady there just said no sorry when ever anyone asked for food. We paid for hot breakfast with our stay, it wasnt just us, it was 4 or 5 couples that came after us. RIDICULOUS!!!!!! I asked a guy older gentleman is there anymore hot breakfast , he said oh I'll check on that. After a half hour of waiting, we left . We have 2 more days here and when we asked for a refund since we havent had a good experience here, also my Dad passed away back home and wanted to get back sooner to be with my mom . we were told no. You booked online go through them.I WOULD NEVER stay in one of these hotel chains ever again . I will not recommend INFACT!! Run fast !!!
