If you are seeking somewhere special, far from the madding crowd, with the luxury of your own large pool in a very nice location, then this is the perfect choice. Can Reus is a new house which has been lovingly built and furnished by the owners and it is so much more than a holiday home. It is located in the heart of rural Mallorca, yet less than 10 minute driving from the ancient and picturesque town of Pollensa where there is a good choice of restaurants, pavement cafés, local shops and a colourful Sunday morning market. As the house is built on one level all the rooms, pool and gardens are easily accessible. The interiors throughout are wonderfully furnished mixing traditional Mallorcan design with contemporary style. As you enter the house you will find a bright living room with glass doors that faces the back covered terrace, very convenient for family meals and relaxing from breakfast right through the evening.

A Wonderful Stay
We arrived late Saturday evening, and stayed until Thursday morning. The pool and playground kept my 3 year old busy, as well as the sheep next door. The house is a great size for 4-6 people, and there are plenty of options of where to dine when staying in. We all loved the property, and it's accessibility to the surrounding beaches, markets and groceries.

Great holiday
We had a fantastic week at this Villa. Place was spotless and loved the outside garden and pool. Will definitely consider it for another holiday next year. My husband is a bird watcher so loved looking at the raptors etc - weather was a bonus after the awful summer in the UK.

Fantastic relaxing villa
We had a lovely time at the villa fully utilising the peaceful location and the facilities. The table tennis table and mini playground were wonderful extras to the lovely pool and day bed which we all enjoyed at some point. Lots of places to sit outside in the shade or sun, we didn’t even use the living or dining room! The close proximity to Pollenca town and the port made going out for dinner and hiring a boat so easy. Would definitely return and recommend. Thanks you to the lovely owners as well who looked after us x

We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday. The villa was perfect for our young children. Great garden toys, plenty of shaded areas, easy walk to Lidl. Excellent communication from the host. Comfortable travel cot with mattress topper was provided.

Great family villa
Super property close to everything we needed. Owners Jaime & Cati were very welcoming and easy to contact for any reason. Great weather for April but pool was just too cold for us (summer months would be amazing). Our kids (7 & 5) loved the little play area and huge gardens - all very private, fenced and quiet. Highly recommended.

Wonderful holiday
This is the 3rd time our family have stayed at the villa and as usual all was as described and the experience was great. The villa was spotlessly clean and Jaime made us very welcome. It was good to have a welcome pack of food essentials on arrival. The pool was clean and pool towels were provided. We would recommend this villa to anyone who wanted accomodation for 6 and it is well placed for both Pollensa old town and Puerto Pollensa. We hope to return.

Very high quality villa
We stayed with three adult couples and one two year old. The villa is very high quality and has everything you could possibly need. Immaculately clean. Good aircon and WiFi. The TV gets BBC and ITV most of the time. Easy to get to supermarkets and Pollença nearby but you do need a car. Quiet location. We had no complaints at all and the owner is exceptionally helpful.

Fantastic villa, well equipped and in a great location
We had a lovely stay at Jaime and Cati's villa. It is in a perfect location in between Port de Pollensa and Pollensa but was very quiet. The villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, the beds were comfortable and there was a plentiful supply of hot water. The kids loved the pool and we loved the daybed! Cati and Jaime were very responsive to messages and visited after we arrived to check that everything was ok. They had left some food and drinks in the fridge and some sweets for the kids which was much appreciated. We would definitely love to stay there again!

Beautiful place to stay! The villa & pool are fabulous and all the extra touches like a generous welcome pack & towels to use by the pool make it extra special. Jaime and Cati are so welcoming and make every effort to make your stay special. A car was essential but it is a very short drive to everything you need.

Beautiful villa in a wonderful local
The villa is absolutely stunning and even better than on the pictures. The owners came on the day we arrived to welcome us and also during the week to change the towels and check the pool. My only criticism would be that we did find it hard to find and directions from the main road are necessary. The curtains from the outdoor bed were missing too which was a shame as we would certainly have made use of it more with a little shade from the sun. Would highly recommend though and we shall certainly be coming again. One week here is just not long enough! Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Lovely location with a beautiful view of the mountains
Our hosts made us very welcome, providing a very useful welcome pack of groceries on our arrival. The villa is kept spotlessly clean and was ideal for our family with two young children. The play equipment and toys were prefect for our three year old and we all loved the swimming pool. The location is beautifully quiet and yet only a short walk to two supermarkets. It is also only a short drive to our favourite beach.

3rd time staying at this villa. There is very little to criticise. Cati & Jaime work hard to make sure your vacation is a good one. Villa is super clean and has all the facilities you could want. Very close to Port de Pollenca and the old town. 2 supermarkets within minutes but a quiet location with a great view of the hills.

Wunderschön und ruhig!
Sehr schönes und praktisch aufgeteiltes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten, tollem Pool (Wetter war allerdings zu kalt zum Baden) und zwei süßen Schafen nebenan ;-). Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht, insbesondere die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat uns bei der Ankunft mit einem bereits gefüllten Kühlschrank überrascht. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin erfolgte sehr freundlich und problemlos über WhatsApp. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Haus mit tollem Bergblick
Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sowohl das Haus als auch der Pool und Garten waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Leider war es in unserer Ferienwoche ziemlich kalt, sodass wir den Pool nur sehr wenig benutzt haben. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr gut, die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem nah an Pollenca und Port de Pollenca. Beide Orte sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. In Laufnähe (ca. 15 min) gibt es einen sehr gut sortierten Eroski Supermarkt und einen Lidl. Wir waren mit 5 Personen vor Ort und haben uns in dem Haus und der Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die perfekte Villa für eine Familie
Wir (2 Erw., 2 Kinder) haben eine Woche Ende Oktober in Can Reus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet. Es gibt Spielzeug für Drinnen und Draußen, sehr viele Bücher/Romane und auch sonst haben wir nichts vermisst. Zur Begrüßung wurden wir mit sehr vielen Lebensmitteln überrascht (Brot, Butter, Marmelade, Chips, Bananen, Saft, Wein,…). Das fanden wir großartig. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist super. Die zwei Bäder sind auch sehr praktisch. Alles war sehr sauber und es gab ausreichend Handtücher für das Haus und den Strand. Der Pool ist sauber und es hat Spaß gemacht, ihn zu nutzen. Das gesamte Gelände ist eine einziger Abenteuerspielplatz für die Kinder. Der super tolle Spielplatz war die perfekte Ergänzung. Da wir zum Ende der Saison gebucht haben, hatten wir das perfekte Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Kommunikation mit Cati war angenehm und freundlich. Die Umgebung rund um Pollença und Formentor bieten sehr viel für Familien. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Vielen Dank 😀 Ein schönes Haus, mit Pool und einem großen Garten. An Hausausstattung hat uns nichts gefehl. Alles top sauber und die Besitzer sehr freundlich. Der Pool war jetzt in den Herbstferien etwas kühl, das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Wir waren trotzdem drin. Auch am Strand konnte man um diese Zeit noch gut baden. Das Haus lag schön abgeschieden, so dass kein Straßenlärm zu hören war und man viel Privatsphäre hatte. Und dennoch so zentral, dass Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Lidl und Eroski) mit dem Auto in 3 Min. erreichbar waren.

Schöne Villa mit tollem Garten und Pool
Die Villa war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Vor allem die Sauberkeit ist war herausragend. Die Küche und die Bäder waren sehr komfortabel. Die Umgebung ist wunderbar ruhig. Der Garten und der Pool waren sehr gepflegt. Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich. Handtücher und zusätzliche Kopfkissen waren reichlich vorhanden. Für den ersten Tag gab es sogar ein paar frische Lebensmittel mit Obst, Brot, Wurst, Käse, Getränken und einer Flasche Wein. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und es gibt an der Unterkunft gar nichts zu beanstanden. Von allen Fincas, die wir auf Mallorca besucht haben, war dies die beste. Leider gab es zu unserer Reisezeit sehr viele Mücken. Ich empfehle jedem, sich mit Mückenspray und Mückensteckern auszustatten.
