This particular B&B is exceptional and highly attractive for casual, mature travelers. A stuning classic colonial that offers an outstanding level of thoughtful details. The property, owned and managed by John and Beth Blackwelder, provide comfortable period style accommodations that are safe, quiet and convenient to the lovely coastal town of New Bern. An excellent breakfast with coffee is served with a smile and courtesy often uncommon in todays world. Great value and very enjoyable weekend getaway!

The owners were very nice they make you feel like you were at home! The room was amazing very clean everything you needed. The owners went out of their way to make us feel at home. It was in perfect walking distance to the river as well as numerous places to eat and shop. The outside. Fire pit was amazing. We will definitely be back.
