Serviced Apartments in Pompei

Our overall experience was great. All the desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning up the room. My only complaint is that there was no air conditioning available to cool down the room at night when I’m sleeping and was suggested that I just open the sliding door. The problem with that was that the noise coming from the street outside was so loud so we had a hard time sleeping. With NO airflow in the room when closed that was not very dood. I wanted to speak with a manager but didn’t get a chance to. Also the fact that I paid more money just to get an ocean view then there was no air conditioning was a little bit disappointing. Again overall was great I just wish that they should’ve offered some sort of compensation/refund for the inconvenience.

It was an American property done in Italian style. It was convenient to our activities and easy to get taxis from. The food was very good.

Walking distance to Grimaldi station which was very convenient. We found some great restaurants nearby as well. The room was large and nice, and the hotel was safe and comfortable.
