Immaculate, well equipped, perfectly located, just a really great place. The master has a balcony with a beach view, a nice living room/dining area on the first floor looks out on the pool and back yard. As close together as the houses are, it's incredibly quiet.
The kitchen has everything you need if you plan on cooking, and there's a laundry room with washer and drying rack. Hair dryer and ironing board also.
The host was always available and got right back to us. Zero issues finding the place, parking or getting in. Very friendly and accommodating.
Location was perfect for us. 100m to the beach, which in October was sparsely populated. Surfers almost every day though. 3 restaurant/bar/cafe type places all within 5 minute walk and all really good. About 2.5 miles to center of Ponta Delgada - 2.75 if you walk along the Avenida do Mar which is delightful. Probably about 5 or so restaurant/bars along the way. 8 Euro taxi to Praca Vasco de Gama
That's all to the west of the house. If you go east Lagoa is about the same distance and a great little town - if you like seafood, Boca Aberta is a must. Not cheap, but worth every penny.
Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend without exception to family and friends.
