With a secluded quiet garden and less than a 200-metre walk, no hills, to the entertainment facilities, restaurants, and pools. Our holiday home is set in one of the best locations in the park. With its very own Rockley sands beach just a short walk through the park, taking in views of Poole Harbour and beyond from all over the park.

There is an indoor swimming pool onsite for your enjoyment!
This property has everything required to keep you cozy and warm during your stay.
Staying here also allows you access to the garden.


As a self-catering holiday home, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.

In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there are 2 single beds.
The third bedroom contains 2 single beds.
There is additional sleeping space in the lounge, comprising a double sofa bed.


There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom is ensuite and has a toilet and sink.

A hairdryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 2 pm and check-out is 10 am.
- Damage Deposit of £100 (transferred up to 7 days before check-in and returned up to 7 days after inspection of our property)
- Bed Linens and Towel package are an additional cost - £12 per person (Optional)
- Haven Play Passes are an additional cost, subject to availability, and can only be purchased in advance if your dates and duration match a Haven Holiday (Monday for 4 or 7 nights, Friday for 3 or 7 nights, and Saturday for 7 nights) otherwise passes can only be purchased from the holiday reception upon arrival
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is free parking on the premises and parking facilities available at the property for 2 cars
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
