Podere Verdi Colline is an ancient farm immersed in the green hills of Tuscany. In a quiet and panoramic position, it is the ideal destination for those who want to enjoy the slow pace of nature and indulge in the utmost relaxation. With its large garden, swimming pool, shady areas under pergolas and gazebo, it is the perfect solution for families and groups, and pets are welcome.
The Podere consists of three independent rooms (5 + 5 + 2 beds). Each home has its own entrance and a private garden / patio, and overlooks a marvelous panoramic garden with pool, gazebo, children's playground, barbeque. This allows those traveling in the group to share moments of conviviality in open-air spaces while still maintaining privacy areas in individual homes. The interiors have all been carefully restored in keeping with the Tuscan tradition, where possible original materials and recovery, or any material of the place such as wood, wrought iron, stone. Furnishings are almost entirely original, restored and brought back to the splendor of a time.
Our beautiful panoramic pool, sun-kissed until the evening, measures mt. 6x12 with a gradual depth of 1,10 to 1,40 mt, plus an appendage of mt. 3x3 with a depth of 60 cm ideal for the bath of the smallest. In the large sunbathing area, there are sun loungers, umbrellas, and a solar shower. In the garden there is also a large wooden gazebo furnished with armchairs and sofas, where to spend pleasant moments of relaxation on hot summer days. A beautiful barbeque made of stones retrieved from an ancient fireplace awaits you for your barbecues in the company, while the little ones can have fun in the games they have reserved.

The Podere is at the foot of the small rural village of San Martino in Tremoleto, in the town of Poppi, a charming medieval village placed in the guide of the most beautiful villages in Italy. We are in the green valley of Casentino, halfway between two wonderful art cities: Florence and Arezzo. Within walking distance are the unspoilt forests of the National Park, the sacred mountain of La Verna with its Franciscan shrine, the hermitage and the monastery of Camaldoli.
The Casentino is a place that tells the story through the Etruscans and the Middle Ages, and amazes the natural wonders of a landscape where alternatives to whole forests, green meadows, mountains, gentle hills and small villages alternate. It is the land where the Casentino National Forest Park stands: a large protected forest area, one of the oldest and most valuable in Europe. The Park extends over an area of over 36,000 hectares on horseback between Tuscany and Emilia Romagna. In the heart of the park is the Sasso Fratino Integral Nature Reserve, the first Integral Nature reserve established in Italy (1959), and awarded the European Diploma of Protected Areas since 1985. Through a hiking network of more than 650 kilometers, the Park is able to offer spectacular moments with many natural and historical attractions. Casentino is also a destination for religious itineraries, with the suggestive Franciscan Sanctuary of Verna, the Sacred Hermitage and the Camaldoli Monastery. But besides pilgrimage and trekking, many other activities are, above all, to be practiced in the open air. A few steps from the Podere is the Casentino Golf Club, a beautiful 11-hole golf course where lovers of this sport can delight themselves with an enchanting view of the castle of Poppi and the whole valley.
Two-wheeled enthusiasts, however, will find two beautiful cyclopists inaugurated at the end of 2015 at the bottom of the valley, along the green rivers Arno, Teggina and Archiano.
Finally, the loveliest shopping enthusiasts will find at a short distance from Arezzo, in an atmosphere of ancient Tuscan hamlet, the great Valdichiana Outlet Village with all-round brands, and Reggello's luxurious The Mall, with brands of excellence At great prices.
