It was built in the traditional Istrian style and completely renovated preserving the beautiful, original elements of stone and wood. On the ground floor are living and dining area with kitchen, while bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. Especially the combination of modern and traditional materials makes the stay in the house so pleasant. In the small, fenced garden is the swimming pool with sun terrace, loungers and parasol. Next to it is a covered terrace with dining table and the barbecue. If you want to see different activities and a rich cultural heritage, Porec with its surroundings is the right choice.

A well maintained, beautiful house. The yard is not large but has a nice swimming pool and a gorgeous old tree that provides excellent shade from the hot sun. The hosts are thoughtful, responsive and nice. They made efforts to help us in every possible way. We had a very nice vacation there.

In Kroatien sind GƤste scheinbar unerwĆ¼nscht
Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war wunderbar es ist alles vorhanden was fĆ¼r einen schƶnen Urlaub benƶtigt wird. Jedoch habe ich in den letzten Jahren vor Ort noch nie so eine Abzocke erlebt wie dieses Jahr. Wenn man einen Einkaufsbummel in Porec macht und in die GeschƤfte geht wird man sofort bedrƤngt und genƶtigt etwas zu kaufen. Wenn man es sich erlaubt nach dem Preis zu fragen und diesen hinterfrƤgt wird man sofort aus dem GeschƤft unhƶflich hinaus begleitet. Aber der Gipfel ist wenn man in Porec Essen gehen mƶchte und die Speisekarten die ja Ć¼berall an der LokalitƤt aufgebaut sind betrachten mƶchte, dann wird man sofort angesprochen und genƶtigt platz zu nehmen. Kommt man dieser Aufforderung nicht nach, wird man sogar beschimpft als geiziger Deutscher als armer Mann der sich das Essen hier nicht leisten kann. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern fast tƤglich einmal in Restaurant zum Essen haben im Schnitt ca. 200 ā‚¬ bezahl und das ich mich da anpƶppeln lassen muss ist sehr traurig. Wir werden mit Sicherheit nicht mehr nach Kroatien reisen da wir festgestellt haben das wir dort nicht mehr erwĆ¼nscht sind.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schƶn und sauber. Jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage die man Ć¼ber eine Fernbedienungen selbst einstellen kann. Der Pool ist sehr schƶn und sauber. Der Baum am Pool spendet natĆ¼rlichen Schatten. Morgends kommt ein Auto und hupt, das ist der Brƶtchen Lieferant. Es gibt 2 KĆ¼hlschrƤnke in der KĆ¼che, sehr praktisch, 1 fĆ¼r GetrƤnke und 1 fĆ¼r Lebensmittel. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Tolles Fereinhaus wie man es in Kroatien erwartet
Es sit ein sehr schƶnes groƟes Haus mit Allem was des Herz begehrt. Ein toller Pool direkt vor der Veranda, eine weiterer Balkon/Terrasse die als FrĆ¼hstĆ¼cks- und am Abend als Spielzimmer (Karenspiele usw.) sehr schƶne war. Das Haus ist zu drei Seiten mit einen Zaun versehen und ist gut abgeschiermt zu den Nachbarn/Strasse. Es sind fĆ¼r 4 Peronen Liegen und ausreichend StĆ¼hel sowie Auflagen vorhanden. Das sehr groƟe Wohn-/Esszimmer inncl. KĆ¼che ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat auch einen groƟen Kamin, Sat-TV, Stereoanlage, DVD uvm. Ebenfalls ist eim EG auch noch ein seperats WC und die Waschmaschine. Im ersten OG sind zwei sehr schƶne gerƤumige Schlafzimmer jeweils mit Klimaanlage und eine zusƤtzlich mit TV und Kindergitterbett. Ebenfalls ist auch hier ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. im zweiten OG sind nochmals zwei weitere Schlafzimmer auch jeweils mit Klimaanlage und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC ist auch ganz oben. Das Ferienhaus eignet sich sehr gut fĆ¼r Paare mit Kinder und Hund.

Wir waren 7 NƤchte in diesem Haus und haben es absolut genossen. Wir waren zu 10. und der Platz genau ausreichend. Sehr ruhiger Ort mit sehr wenig anderen Touristen. Die Gastgeber sind auch sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit ansprechbar. Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung.

Nous avons bien apprĆ©ciĆ© la taille de la maison, le fait qu'elle soit sur 3 Ć©tages. La piscine, bien que petite, est trĆØs agrĆ©able. Nous avons adorĆ© la terrasse pour manger et passer de bons moments Ć  l'extĆ©rieur. TrĆØs bonne expĆ©rience globalement.

Huset var fantastiskt, precis som beskrivningen. Rymligt fƶr mƄnga. Ett hƤrligt matbord utomhus under tak dƤr vi Ƅt alla vƄra mƄltider i skugga, ett plus i vƤrmen. VƤrdarna var super proffsiga och var alltid hjƤlpsamma vid behov. Det enda jag kan pƄpeka som var mindre bra var lƤget, att man var tvungen att ta bilen ƶverallt. Men det fungerade bra ƤndƄ. Men helhetsintrycket var mycket positivt.

Oase mitten im kleinen Ort
Gepflegtes Steinhaus, Eckreihenhaus, jedes Zimmer Klima, Pool ausreichend, toller schattenspendender Baum, 5 Liegen, ausreichend Geschirr, sehr nette Vermieter, Mitten im Ort, Mini Supermarkt sehr nah fĆ¼r das Nƶtigste, auch Semmeln fĆ¼rs FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck, wenig Verkehr, Autowerkstatt gegenĆ¼ber, direkte Nachbarn einheimisch, ansonsten viele Ferienwohnungen/hƤuser, zum Meer 4 Kilometer, RĆ¼ckweg ansteigend, die letzten Meter mit ordentlich Steigung, aber mit dem Fahrrad noch machbar. Insgesamt eine schƶne Unterkunft. Leider war das Meer voller Quallen, sodass wir den Pool ƶfter genutzt haben als geplant.

Wir haben mit unserem 6 Monate alten Sohn Urlaub gemacht, sowie mit Schwager und SchwƤgerin uns Schwiegereltern. Die GrĆ¶ĆŸe ist auf jeden Fall ausreichend und das Meer sehr nahe zu erreichen. Auf jeden Fall bei Damjanic eine Weinprobe machen, ist nur 200m entfernt und es lohnt sich! Wir haben uns in FuÅ”kulin sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt :-)

Das Haus war wirklich prima. So wie online dargestellte. Die Vermieterin und Ihre Tochter sind sehr freundlich und waren jederzeit ansprechbar. Jedes Zimmer mit Klima... toll!! Jederzeit wieder. Einzig der Meerblick war nur in der obersten Etage sichtbar!! Wenn wir jetzt noch unsere Kaution Ć¼ber die Agentur wieder bekommen ist alles toppi.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Bis zum Meer mit dem Auto 15 min. In 100 m hab gab es ein kleines GeschƤft, wo man Brot und das nƶtigste zim FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck laufen konnte. Spielplatz fĆ¼r die Kinder war in 200 m entfernt. Im groƟen und ganzen hatten wir einen schƶnen Urlaub dort verbracht
