CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

Ensuite bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity while the main bathroom features a spa bath, walk in shower and a separate toilet.

Spacious kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Electric oven with gas cooktop.
*Please note this property does not have a dishwasher and the vintage fireplace oven is purely for display and not functional.
LOUNGEROOM/ENTERTAINMENT
Lounge area off the kitchen features a smart TV, as well as the second loungeroom for all your streaming needs. Wifi is available at this property.
HEATING/COOLING
A reverse cycle split system air conditioner is in the kitchen/dining area, as well as a coonara woodfire heater. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations. (Wood supply from May to September).
LAUNDRY
Washer & dryer is provided.
OUTDOORS
The outdoor space is enclosed for convenience for your pets and young ones. Outside of that there is plenty of space to run around and the backyard leads to direct river access.

John's River Retreat is a pet friendly property. We ask that you read our Terms & Conditions carefully to ensure you know your responsibilities with bringing your pet along to this property. So we can continue to offer pet friendly accommodation we ask that you pick up after your pets. Excess cleaning charges will apply if the rules are not adhered to.

There is ample parking space on the property, with space for 1 car under the carport.
