CANCELLATION POLICY - Standard
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 7 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 7 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

Step into this kitchen and be wowed! You will want for nothing in this perfectly appointed well equipped kitchen. Coffee machine, electric induction cooktop, electric wall oven, microwave, dishwasher and a table with seating for 6 plus 4 barstools to sit and sip wine while someone else prepares your meal! A door that opens out to the outside dining area adds to your options.
LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
The main lounge features a beautiful leather lounge with chaise and 2 lounge chairs that beckons for you to come and relax. Plenty of seating for all looking out over the meticulously maintained grounds, a large Smart TV a soundbar and a little separate nook for sitting around the woodfire and dreaming or reading. Upstairs there is a balcony and a little study nook if you need to catchup on those pesky work emails while you are away. Wi-Fi is available.
HEATING & COOLING
Split systems provide heating and cooling as weather demands and a small wood heater provides cosy warmth in the main lounge. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.
BATHROOMS
There is a powder room downstairs that features vanity and a separate toilet
The 2 bedrooms upstairs have large ensuites with a shower, toilet and vanity plus heated towel rails.
OUTDOORS
The yard features an undercover with outdoor setting that seats six, a gas BBQ is provided and a clay chimenea, plus a basketball ring to shoot a few hoops (BYO basketball)
