Bijou property but ideal for 2. We could walk into Pornic which is a lovely port and we could access many walks along the coast and pretty beaches. Good golf course with reasonable green fees just 5 minutes away.

Really good position as easy access off main roads. Security gates and ample parking. Easy walking into Pornic and lovely coast to explore. Fixtures and fittings of high standard and beautifully decorated.

What a lovely property
A beautiful property in a lovely location. Daniel and Danielle are lovely people and make you feel very welcome. You are 5 minutes from several beautiful coves and the small centre of St Marie where there is a boulangerie, small supermarket and bar. Two large supermarkets are less than 10 minutes drive away. There are lovely cliff top walks on the doorstep. The beautiful centre of Pornic is about 25 minutes walk away. What more could you want! We will be back next year.

Excellent accommodation in an ideal location.
The accommodation was thoughtfully and stylishly equipped with everything you may need for a relaxing holiday. The garden setting (complete with occasional red squirrel) was delightful and an oasis of calm after a day out. Everything was very convenient with several lovely beaches within walking distance, as well as a local supermarket and boulangerie. We used local restaurants in the evenings and also cooked at home on the terrace. Thank you Daniel and Danie for making our stay so enjoyable. We would be very happy to return here and recommend it highly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the property is furnished to a high standard and is very clever in its design. The owners are very welcoming and the property is ideally situated for the town of Pornic and many beautiful beaches. This area reminded us of Cornwall but with sunshine. Exellent week-end détente à Pornic !
Nous avons passé un agreable week-end. Passer un réveillon du nouvel an tranquille, et bien ce fut chose faite chez Mr Tramaux ! Un accueil chaleureux pour passer un moment sympa dans un studio très cosy avec vue sur le magnifique jardin ! Pas de bruit, tres bien équipé, très propre, à proximité de beaux lieux pour les balades en front de mer comme on les aime, tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir bien et ne se soucier de rien. L'adresse est bien gardée donc plus besoin de chercher une autre location pour revenir à Pornic ! A tres bientôt Mr Tramaux !! Pascal & Katia

Kleines Appartement für kurzen Aufenthalt
1. die Lage, Verkehrsanbindung und fussläufig nach Pornic sehr gut, Meer ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß, schöner Garten. 2. Vermieterangabe zu Waschmaschine und Trockner ist sehr Fantasie voll. Es gab im Appartement dazu nix, dafür kann man seine Dreckwäsche dem Vermieter geben, der wäscht dann. 3. das Appartement war zu unserer Zeit jeden Tag durch Baulärm beschallt. Morgens weckte uns eine Schneidemaschine für Dachpfannen und die lief immer wieder. An Ruhephase für ein Nickerchen in der Mittagszeit war auch nicht zu denken. Auf Nachfrage beim Vermieter kam die Antwort „ wird morgen wohl vorbei sein“… war aber nicht. Und da sind noch mehr Gebäude direkt nebenan in Bau…. Abschließend ist zu sagen, das Appartement kann während einem solchen Baulärm mit vermietet werden oder es muss ein klarer Hinweis kommen. Gegen den Erholungssuchenden Urlauber ist das inakzeptabel .

Séjour parfait
Nous étions 2 adultes et un chat lors de notre séjour et cela c'est très bien passé. Les hôtes sont aimables et très sympathiques. Le logement est propres et le jardin magnifique. Cet espace est très bien entretenu et propice à la détente. Le coins est très sympathique, avec des plages à proximité et une très bonne boulangerie. Les balades à pied ou en vélo sont nombreuses. Le logement bénéficie d'une terrasse dont on peut profiter pour manger (avec un grand parasol) et des chaises longues (très confortables) sont à disposition. Je tiens de plus, à préciser que la literie est très confortable. Je recommande grandement cette location pour un moment de détente.

Un vrai coin de paradis!

Schöne Tage in Pornic
Nach einem sehr herzlichen Empfang durch Daniel und Francoise verlebten wir in einer schönen und ruhigen Umgebung schöne Tage in Pornic. Unsere Gastgeber, die auf dem gleichen Grundstück wohnten, waren sehr diskret doch standen sie uns zu jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Ferienwohnung entsprach in allen Belangen dem Angebot.
