Please note that this is a fully self contained private apartment on the lower level with no stairs. it has amazing views as it's set upon the cliff top.
The owners of this property also own the apartment behind and may or may not be there at the same time you are staying.

Other Things to Note:
No pets allowed.
Strictly no smoking and No parties. Fines of up to $200 for breaching these conditions.
Children are very welcome but the property has no fencing to the ocean and may not be suitable for young children.

We are nearby if you require any help and the owners live in the main house above. This unit is on the lower level.
