A 3 storey home with views of the Moyne River

This three storey brick and bluestone townhouse is nestled in King George Square in the heart of the wharf precinct. Loving restored this fantastic building offers a unique stay. Ideal for long hot summer days when the walls protect from the heat and in winter you are centrally placed for all Port Fairy has to offer.

This 3 bedroom home is spread across 3 levels, with the master at the top giving you a private retreat from the family. There are also 2 bathrooms, 1 with separate bath and shower. Perfect for coming away with friends as all 3 bedrooms have doubles or queens. There is a lock up garage attached to the house as well as free off street parking in front.

Docks at the Mill is only a few minutes walk from the centre, making it an easy to head into town to grab a cup of coffee at one of the many cafes. In the evening have dinner out, choose from Port Fairy's eclectic selection of restaurants; gourmet pizza, Italian or divine share platters at Conlan's Wine Bar to name but a few. Afterwards stroll home under the stars, take the long way back via the wharf and enjoy the evening peace, take a moment to watch the last of the summer sun leave the sky.

Dock's on the Mill is also just a short stroll to the local playground as well as the beginning of Griffiths Island walks. During the spring and summer walk down at dusk to the viewing platform and enjoy the eye catching arrival of thousands of mutton bird coming home to roost.

Three bedrooms should mean three bedrooms not two and a box room with bunks. No window to open, no fan, The neighbours dog barked for five hours on our arrival. But overall the house was clean and tidy and there was plenty of parking. Good walks within easy access.I just couldn’t sleep in the box room

Charming spot on wharf
Great location on wharf with short walk to restaurants and town centre. House had all amenities but was a little dated inside. Beds were comfortable. Top floor bedroom (40steps up) had bed close to stairs with no protective gate. Recommended for fit people

Great location with everything you need
The townhouse was spacious enough for our family of 4 and pop-in visits from other family members who were also holidaying in Port Fairy. It was incredibly clean and had everything that we needed. I bought my camping box of spare bits and pieces and didn't need to open it! The location was perfect for walking to all the things that Port Fairy has to offer. We would definitely stay there again!
