An ideally located family home

East Tempy is a fully renovated house bringing simplicity and comfort to your holiday and evokes the start of family traditions - enjoying BBQ's outside, constant comings and goings to the beach and the odd game of cards or good story telling on a late night around the fire pit. Furnished for comfortable holiday living with quality furnishings and fittings to ensure your stay is relaxing and fun.

The house comprises of polished floors which gives it that great effect of enjoying the feeling of yesteryear with the comforts of today. There is an open plan living area and plenty of windows throughout to provide loads of natural light. The modernised kitchen - dining area offers a dishwasher, microwave and cooker and the bathroom has a separate shower and bath and there is a separate toilet. There are four bedrooms consisting of 3 queen beds in 3 rooms and 2 bunks in the 4th bedroom (sleeps 10). Please note the 3rd queen bedroom is up the spiral staircase.

A fantastic deck provides good space for a BBQ set up. This home is located only 2 minutes walk to East Beach. It is also equipped with a reverse-cycle air-conditioning/heating split system. Make East Tempy your home away from home next time you plan your beach getaway!

There is also a fully self contained bungalow, which sleeps another 4 guests. The bungalow has a queen and bunk with a modern bathroom and separate toilet. For your convenience there is also a TV, bar fridge, toaster and kettle and a split system to cater for all seasons.

Property features open living area, outdoor BBQ with fire pit, begin the day while listening to the waves from Port Fairy Bay.

Please Note: Under no circumstance are Weddings, Parties or Functions permitted at this property. Penalty charges in excess of $1500 will apply in this situation.

Generally we really enjoyed the house. Suggestions would be to have a large platter and salad bowl also a few small dishes. We thought some form of weather protection over the doors and decking to protect shoes etc

Beautiful property in excellent location
We had lovely time staying here for a weekend. Beautiful clean and sparkling property just 2 minutes walk from the beach. Beds were soft and comfy and everything was fresh and new. We also enjoyed the wood fire outside. Improvement suggestions for the unit: might need more than just column heater for winter- will take a good while to warm up otherwise. Also heat lamp in the bathroom would be perfect. Lastly it would be excellent if the guests would be able to leave the dishwasher on when leaving the property and not have to empty it as the cycle runs for 1.5 hrs and we did not have that long after breakky so had to hand wash breakfast dishes for 13 people. Emptying the dishwasher would only be extra 5 minutes worth of work for the cleaning staff.

Had a great stay a few weeks ago, the property is beautiful inside with ample parking. Very clean, neat perfect for entertaining, pick up and drop off of keys was a breeze, 2 minute walk from the beach is a big bonus. Cheers east tempy house and bungalow :)
