Renovations being done as trying to check in. Couldnt get wifi to work Stayed for 2 nights and beds werent made up cups in room not refilled, not enough towels the second night. Staff were very friendly, room was for the most part clean and the breakfast was a higlight!

Lobby was beautiful as was the hallways which were freshly painted and new carpet. Room were not so nice. Carpets dirty, smelly and tattered. Room very dated and cobwebs hanging from ceiling. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room in much need of Reno.

I’m happy I chose this hotel for my stay. Clean room and amazing hot breakfast. Caring and courteous servers at the breakfast. Only time I was too tired to take pictures of the room due to checking in past midnight. But it met my high expectations for the rating it has.

Great location near downtown Truro. Close to shopping , parks , etc. Excellent cafeteria style full hot breakfast that doesn’t end until 10:30 am ! 👍 Rooms are decent and clean. Stairwells etc are currently undergoing renovation but not too disruptive and no double will be nice when completed. My second time staying at this property and I definitely recommend !

Great fish and chips!
We had a great stay at the hotel. The restaurant had excellent food. A lovely free breakfast and the fish and chips was awesome…just don’t get 2 piece unless you are very hungry! lol. The only complaint I would have is while we were there, there were small kids on the other side of the adjoining room we had and before 7am they were up screaming and crying. It was like they were in the same room as we were. If there are rooms with no one on either side I will be asking for one if I stay another time.
