The room smelt musty - damp but was clean . Bathroom window is old and needs the screen to be replaced - fixed - leaves were in the window sill. Tv great - bed comfortable - pillows & linens were white crisp clean soft

Terrible stay!
Staff were professional and courteous, and that is where the good highlights end. The room we were provided with was in such a state of disrepair we asked staff if there was another room. There was a crack in the ceiling about 3' long and the crown moulding was coming off. The doors were stained with dirt as was the Curtin covering the patio door. The reading chair was so stained I wouldn't lay my bag on it. The bathroom had multiple broken tiles and the tub was stained black. One we were moved into the new room it was only slightly less terrible. There was however a strong odour of chlorine present and a dampness that didn't improve. The light in the bathroom was not working and the hairdryer fell of the wall when my wife attempted to use it. The tub was better but still dirty enough that we showered with a towel in it. Also when showering the tub did not drain well and we were ankle deep in water after a short time. The.light and hairdryer were repaired quickly. We would never stay here again.

Older hotel - not good value
This stay was not what we hoped for. Having the separate living room was nice but this place is dated. Definitely had an older/elderly crowd kind of feel. We were excited about the water slide but it was so dirty I wouldn’t let my kids on it. Our tub/shower drained so slowly that you were standing in a few inches of water during your shower. It was nice that there was a free breakfast but my husband was disappointed that it was sausage everyday and never bacon. He also complained that the coffee was not palatable. It would also be nice to have bagels or English muffins rather than just slices of bread. There was an option of fruit but it was canned and sitting in a bowl of juice. Would be nice to have fresh fruit. Overall it was not bad enough to leave during the stay but we wouldn’t stay there again. And we would not recommend it to someone else. We were expecting more for the price.

Very clean and well maintained property. It’s great for families, with a game room and a pool with water slide. The rooms are clean and large, and some on the first floor have a little terrace. No negatives.
