Beach 5 minutes walk. Ocean breezes and ceiling fans keep the apartment cool.

LAYOUT
Apartment 4 is located on the second floor of the Tasman Towers building, at 3 Munster Street in Port Macquarie. An elevator take you up, or walk up two flights of stairs (about 32 steps). There is 3 apartments in total on the second floor.
Open plan living, kitchen and dining. Lounge room opens up to two separate balconies to relax and to watch the world go by and soak up the in-town atmosphere. The balconies overlook the pool, caravan park, break wall and Hastings River.
Down the hallway are two bedrooms, both with queen beds, ceiling fans and plenty of storage space. The bedrooms are serviced by a renovated bathroom and separate toilet.
The apartment has its own laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
Communal outdoor pool in the complex is located on the ground floor.
We use a rotating pantry in which you find all basics and more, so you do not have to take every single item! Kindly share and replace.
Linen is provided, your beds are spread, so you do not have to do any chores upon arrival. Simply rock up and relax! Just bring your own pool/beach towels.
PARKING
Free street parking. No access to underground garage as spot is too small for normals cars and akward location prone to scratching your car, hence no underground parking for unit 4. There is normally enough street parking available in Munster Street and Clarence Street towards the left hand side towards the beach.
ENTRY TO BUILDING AND UNIT
We use a self-checking with a key lockbox on-site. Get the key out of the lockbox and use to open the building door (pink key), take the lift to level 2 apartment level and open the apartment door with the 4 digit code provided on the silver tag on the key ring by typing C followed by the code into the digital key pad.
NO PETS PLEASE
Sorry pets are not allowed due to Strata rules. We do have plenty of pet friendly options, just filter on pet friendly or chat to us about your needs.
OTHER
We cater to couples and small families. Property not suitable for guests under 18 years of age, schoolies, student and young adult groups.
