The air conditioning in the room was extremely noisy.
There was no option for filling up water bottles.
The hotel stank of cigarette smell all of the time compared to other hotels.
We arrived at 1pm and they asked for money to check in earlier without even checking if our room was available.

The property was in a convenient location but the place needs a makeover and the staff at the shops need replacing. They were rude, grumpy and couldn’t care less.
The tipping system was supposed to drive better service and I can tell you it is mostly not happening. Very disappointed in the food quality, taste and service and it was not only at this property.

"After 16 hours of travel Arrived Jamaica night time to be told by accommodation caretaker "no electricity so best not to come". Drove around in taxi trying to find alternative accommodation for the night. Next morning went to view accommodation, NOTHING LIKE DESCRIPTION. Horrible. We expected 1 bedroom ..."
