Overall, property was clean. Very close to pool. Quiet. Bathroom needs more towel bars. Nice shower, but needs instructions on how to use it. The dishwasher is loud and runs a very long time. Glad to have a hair dryer, but the cord is way too short. The washer and dryer outside were not usable bc someone left their clothes in them for an extended period of time.

Great place to stay in PGA
We have stayed in several PGA properties and this has to be one of our favorites so far. Most of the unit has been refurbished. The kitchen is older but well stocked and clean. The patio is large and comfortable to hang out. The unit is super close to the pool which was nice for my elderly parents. Will definitely rent again in the future!

Everything was nice. Small hiccup checking in. The guard did. It have our name on the list so we had to wait about 30 mins for him to get in touch with the property manager. We were tired and wasn’t a great time to have complication. After she called we were able to check in.

Large rooms, comfortable, appliances worked well, bathrooms very nice and updated. Porch was nice. Close to pool. Pots and pans should be upgraded, and the living room carpet needs to be cleaned.

We had a great stay. Location was perfect for the business we needed to conduct as well as visiting family. Neigborhood is quiet and we felt safe. Close to restraunts and entertainment. A set of knives for preparing meals would be helpful, but certainly not a deal breaker. We would definately stay again.

4th of July trip
The villa was wonderful. Beautifully decorated. Just as it was in the pictures. The kitchen came with seasonings for cooking! I’ve never seen that before. The neighborhood was really nice. Very quiet and close to shops and dining. Port Saint Lucie is close to a lot of other places I needed to visit—Coral Springs (to see family) and Melbourne (for a baseball tournament). I was also able to get my nails done and a massage. I would definitely stay here again.

PGA Castle Pines Review
Although the condo was very clean and kitchen well stocked with dishes/pots/pans, etc., some of the items listed in an email were never there. We were told they would be delivered but we didn't get them such as iron and ironing board, extra toilet paper, paper towels and beach chairs. Little or late communication with Kim was disappointing Preferably the entrance door code should be provided more than one day in advance as indicated by VRBO website, especially for out of state renters Overall the area is great and the location across from the pool was perfect. We enjoyed our visit. A suggestion for the future is that amenities be listed on the website. A binder in the condo listing TV instructions, good restaurants and things to do would be helpful for future renters.

Nice property
This was a nice property that is updated (still has some minor stuff that could be replaced) but for the most part it was very nice. Close to the pool just 30second walk and close to the PGA village if you are a golfer which were. Pool area is nice and clean! Gated community which is nice. Kim the host is very good about returning your texts and very helpful. This was our first VRBO and I will definitely be doing it again. I would recommend this one for the price! And you're only 12miles from the beach!
