Escape to our stunning brand-new mansion nestled in Port Sanilac's harbor. With 10 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, and 4 kitchens, it comfortably accommodates 24 guests. Luxuriate in two 12-ft swim spas while soaking in breathtaking views. Ideal for family reunions, corporate getaways, or weddings, indulge in the epitome of comfort and style. - Dog(s) are allowed but you must get permission first before you rent this cottage. The dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 8 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors' way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
