This home is located in the Secluded Dunes neighborhood of Port St. Joe, Florida, situated on North Cape San Blas. This gated luxury community offers residents a tranquil and private environment, with properties often featuring direct Gulf frontage and elevated positions providing panoramic water views. The area is known for its pristine white sandy beaches and proximity to natural attractions like St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, which offers opportunities for boating, fishing, and wildlife observation. - You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. There are no exceptions

- If you would like the hot tub to be heated, it is a $50 per night fee. If you would like the hot tub AND pool heated, it is a $125 per night fee that will be charged separate from your initial booking. Please inform us after booking if this is something you would like!

- You will receive your door code via digital welcome guide approximately 3 days prior to check-in.

- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on property.

- This property is NOT pet-friendly.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. Thank you for understanding!

- There is to be no smoking inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking, you will be charged $500.
