The Space:
Starboard Skye is a gulf front unit located on the North Cape San Blas in Sea Cliffs; a gated, beachside community with a large pool, playground and steps to the sugar sand beaches and clear Gulf water.
The main floor offers a sizable living, kitchen, and dining room; comfortably decorated and ideal for family gatherings.
Our kitchen is stocked with everything we think you’ll need during your vacation with us. Dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, blender, Keurig, crock pot, dishes/silverware, a good selection of cookware, utensils, glassware, and much more!
The second floor has 2 bedrooms with a Jack and Jill style bath and laundry. This level also opens onto a Gulf front deck in the King bedroom.
The third level features the large, private master suite with en-suite bath & private balcony access.
Enjoy covered parking, propane gas grill & outdoor shower on the ground level. Boardwalk to the beach is just steps away, as well as community pool & playground area. Boat parking is available in community.
Starboard Skye is a non smoking unit.
Bring your furry friends along! This pet-friendly property warmly welcomes dogs for an additional fee of $100 per dog (maximum of two). Breed approval required—contact the office for details.

This unit rents for a full week during the holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s) and the Spring and Summer.
PLEASE NOTE: The carport underneath offers suitable parking for two vehicles. Seacliffs offers additional limited parking at the entrance of the community. Parking is prohibited on the road and you could be fined.

Beach vacay
We had a great week at the beach. This area has low crowds, is quiet, and plenty of nature to enjoy. The property is beautifully decorated and well stocked. The property does need some minor maintenance, like the additional air unit on the third floor wasn’t working. We will

Great Townhome on the Cape
This has to be our favorite place we have stayed in the Cape. The townhome was beautiful, clean and well stocked. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and nice seating for when we wanted to play games or watch tv together. The beach location was perfect. We had easy access to the beach and near the end away from other townhomes so we had a nice spot on the beach.
The addition of the rental of “gear” was really nice too. It saved us from having to haul our stuff from home and was there when we arrived.

Great Area
Town is exactly as described. Very clean when we arrived. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, bowls, glasses and silverware. Lacks sufficient pots and pans and casserole dishes. Bring extra toilet paper and paper towels if staying more than a few days.
Need better seating on 2nd floor. Beds are comfortable and there is ample seating in family room and eating for family of 7. Nice view of the beach facing east. If you want to really enjoy it you must go down to the beach which is no problem because it is an easy walk. Also, country store is right down the road if you forget anything but be prepared to take out a loan. Very expensive. Still happy to have had it though so we didn’t have to drive to Piggly Wiggly. Over all it was a very nice stay. Would recommend for sure. Oh and the really great thing is that it is a family beach which just means no ruckus going on at the beach or loud or offensive music. Just families hanging out and having a great time.

Beautiful water views!
The unit was extremely clean and welcoming. The decor was beachy and relaxing. The kitchen had all the utensils you would need. Every floor had access to a balcony which overlooked the Gulf of Mexico. One night while we were there, the weather allowed for us to see an amazing sunset. There was a table on the first floor balcony so we could eat our meals out on the deck while enjoying the views of the ocean. We did have an issue with the kitchen faucet while we were there. Management was very responsive and sent a plumber to fix it. Overall, this was a wonderful unit and we would definitely rent here again.

Great location! Property was very clean and nice layout on first floor. Disappointed that you could not see the actual beach from the first floor balcony. Kitchen was well equipped and we were all comfortable.

Great Stay
Loved the townhouse just wished I could do stairs. We didn't have any problems and enjoyed our stay. Very nice and clean. Make sure to take extra towels and toilet paper. If you driving a larger Suv you can barely get out when parking under Townhouse. I would stay here again.

Family week at the beach
Can’t say enough great things about Starboard Skye! Outstanding direct ocean views, well equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, easy walk to private white sands beach. Our fishing guide could pick us up at the state park marina just 5mins away. Very quiet and nice beach. We would stay here again!

Perfect Dog Friendly Condo Right On The Beach
Our week long stay at this beach front condo on our favorite quiet stretch of Cape San Blas (right near the state park) was so relaxing. We loved the views of the ocean, the easy beach and pool access, and the fact we could bring our little dog with us. The condo has everything we needed, including sharp knives in the kitchen which we have never experienced before in a rental. We hope to visit this lovely condo again soon!

Relaxing Stay
Our family loved this recently renovated property. It was beautifully decorated and put together well to make a relaxing haven for our stay. My favorite features were the three spacious decks all affording direct views of the gulf. Would highly recommend this property as long as you navigate stairs well.
