Broken Plumbing

In the middle of the night there was a big BANG. When we woke up the bathroom was covered with water. When a maintenace man finally showed up he informed us that the drain from the sink broke off from tinside the wall and he couldn't fix it. When we asked how are we going to wash and brush our teeth, he suggested we use the water in the toilet.

The property and the service at this location were exactly as excellent as I have come to expect from all my Hilton Garden Inn experiences. My kids and I are fans and will be faithful to the brand, which is reliable as it is affordable. The only drawback to this location is that it is across the street from the transfer center, so though it is convenient, it is not exactly picturesque.
