Consisting of 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, a spacious open-plan kitchen, living, dining area with access to the rear deck, terrace area and mezzanine. The study/library overlooks the original open space of the interior of the stunning church.

The property is set on a large spacious block measuring approximately 1349m2 with brilliant North and East facing views across the Melbourne skyline and beyond. Sit back and take in the beautiful glistening waters of Port Phillip Bay. This magnificent home transformed from the original church retains many characteristics of its former life. These features being, cathedral timber ceilings, exposed beams and timber polished floorboards. Dating back to 1866 this property was the oldest church built in the area and still maintains all of its external features.
