The property had everything you needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. The only thing I would recommend is maybe placing a towel pick up closer to the beach. Also provide more places to drop off towels. There is just one location and it is out of the way. We had an absolutely amazing time and would highly recommend the westin to our family and friends

this is a beautiful expansive property. The accommodations are very nice and more than adequate. The Sherrod common area is well cared for attractive and more than adequate. PH is largely but the surface can be challenging. The pool is great and allows for some degree of privacy. The balloon was merely generally adequate occasionally good and occasionally poor. I would think that this is the only major drop back for this resort is its quality of provisions. The little pizza place was always consistently good but the dinner entrées were rare early better than just average. The entertainment night was certainly not extraordinarily but adequately entertained and always good hard. The personnel are very friendly and always helpful in the transportation is readily available and very accommodating on the whole I would rate this a strong 4*resort and excellent for families.

Group of 4 had a wonderful time at the Westin. Property was well maintained, the club suite and balcony was perfect, and the food was good. The staff goes above and beyond for the guest. The resort is certainly on my plan to return list!

We enjoyed our visit to Westin, staff and concierge service was amazing. Rooms have good working air conditioning, beds are comfortable. Very safe at this resort. Pool and beach are very convenient. Golf course is excellent and beautiful. We used Eric Garcia in the blue Google shirt on the beach for all our Transportation and excursions. He was great communicator and provided excellent service … I high recommend using Eric for all excursions and transportation to and from the airport.

Erik at the beach was very helpful and informative in reference to activities on the beach. The restaurants were very good but make reservations in advance. Umbrellas and beach shade were very limited and do this early. Be aware the resort is 1 hour and a half from airport.
