Great place to stay in Portland Maine
Clean, comfortable, quiet for being in town. Just as described and pictured. Shower pressure was decent and hot water was not an issue for 3 consecutive long showers. Very user friendly kitchen. Did buy an air mattress in lieu of using the uncomfortable pullout sofa bed. Overall wonderful stay.

Lovely apartment just outside of Old Port
Myself and 2 daughters stayed here for 2 nights. Very easy and short drive to Old Port from this location! There are a few shops in this area that we enjoyed visiting also. Parking was a little confusing at first, I definitely suggest Googling it before you go. Check in was very easy, and the apartment is very nice and comfortable! Thank you Megan and Jason, for providing such a lovely place!

My spouse and I recently stayed at this nice apartment for 4 nights during the first week of June. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary amenities, making it such a comfortable stay. It is so nice not to have to worry about packing or buying basic necessities like hand soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and dishwasher/dishwashing detergent. The location was ideal, with an easy 20-minute walk to Old Port, Maine State Pier, and the waterfront. There are also plenty of restaurant and bar options near by. This allowed us to explore the area comfortably and enjoy the local attractions without needing transportation. Our hosts, Jason and Megan, were fantastic. They were super responsive and very attentive, ensuring we had all the necessary details before arrival Their welcome book was very clear and specific, answering our questions. One thing to note is to pay attention to the parking instructions, as the designated parking area is a short walk from the apartment. Overall, our experience in Portland, Maine, was greatly enhanced by this wonderful accommodation and the exceptional hospitality of Jason and Megan.

Great spot in downtown— walkable to most spots. Very clean and new and had everything we needed. The hosts were great communicators and had a nice welcome packet with tons of info. Awesome that they were dog friendly and even had a tennis ball for our pup! Would stay again!!

Great Location
Great location near many restaurants. Walking distance to everything we wanted. Well equipped apartment ideal for two adults. It's worth noting that the parking isn't on site. It's about a 3-4 minute walk around the block. This isn't a problem if you aren't carrying a lot of things back and forth. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our recent stay in Portland. Location is great for exploring Portland, the dedicated parking space was very convenient, excellent and attentive communication with the owners, supplies provided were much appreciated, and the suggestions in the welcome book were all terrific. Our only suggestion is to add a little more storage space for clothes in the bedroom. , such as a small chest of drawers.

Jason and Megan keep a great space! When we arrived, they had a thoughtful welcome card with chocolates, granola bars and some bottled water. Everything was clean, well appointed and modern. They even went so far as to stock K-cups, bath soaps (in a dispenser, like you'd see in a hotel) and q-tips! The latter sounds like a silly thing to get excited about, but it's one of those that you often forget and greatly appreciate. We didn't get to cook in the kitchen, but the appliances were all new and the utensils would have been perfect. All the dishes were clean and well thought out (including plastic for little ones or your clumsy spouse). Furniture was clean and comfortable. The shower was an unexpected pleasure with the rain shower head with sprayer. The bed was comfortable and bedding was great. If you look at street view and not sure about it, it is certainly worth it. Quiet overnight, despite its proximity to some great spots. We walked everywhere and didn't think it was excessive in the least. Overall, fantastic place to stay and lived up to the reviews!

The most thoughtfully equipped VRBO we’ve ever experienced!
We cannot say enough about the hospitality of our hosts from the start to finish! We received our Welcome information several days prior to our visit, eliminating any worries we might have about what to expect. We were delighted to arrive and see all of the thoughtful touches throughout the home - from chocolates to those necessary kitchen supplies you wish you had packed, and even laundry detergent and stain removal products! Our communication with Jason&Megan was wonderful - we felt as if they were constantly thinking of our well-being and ensuring that we were taken care of. The West End area of Portland had a great vibe with fantastic restaurants, museums, walkways. We parked our car and never used it for the entire week. We would love to stay here again in the future. Perfect getaway!
So glad we chose this beautiful place! We arrived earlier than expected and Megan and Jason welcomed our early check-in, very nice of them! The apartment is beautiful and clean, just as pictured and is fully stocked with everything you need and more! The location is perfect too! We walked everywhere and felt safe at all times. Megan and Jason were great to communicate with from booking to check-out. Overall, wonderful hosts and highly recommend!

Adorable, clean and comfortable!!
We go to Portland every 2 months or so and this is our first time staying at this property. It was exactly as pictured. Smelled really good, very clean and was in a cute, safe neighborhood. We go over to Cape Elizabeth and South Portland often so the location was really easy and close to the Casco Bay Bridge. The bed was really comfortable and the window units worked well to keep the temperature stable and block out any noise. Our dog was happy and we felt safe walking her around the neighborhood. The owners left us snacks, water bottles and some treats for our fur baby which we very much appreciated! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your adorable apartment with us!

This beautiful apartment was the perfect base for our weekend in Portland. Jason and Megan were really great hosts and very communicative leading up to our stay. And made sure we had all the accommodations to make our stay comfortable. We were really grateful we were able to bring our pup, thank you for the bowl set up and the tennis ball :) We would highly recommend!

Great spot for a Portland visit
We came for a few days over Memorial day weekend. The apartment was great for the two of us. Well provisioned kitchen, comfortable bed, and enough living space to be comfortable hanging out there. We were short some soap and the owners immediately brought some over; and they followed up later. Very attentive and responsive. The place is in a vibrant city neighborhood with some good local restaurants. We ate at Boda and King of the Roll and had good meals at both. We’d recommend the bike shop near by as well. We rented e-bikes. They were a great way to get around and see the sites.

Attentive Property Hosts
It is always important when traveling to a Vrbo property that the hosts be attentive and care about guests’ comfort. Both Jason and Megan were such. Bravo: our needs were immediately met. Both hosts were kind and personable. The property itself was located in an old remodeled brownstone on the second floor. The second floor apartment had steep stairs andnarrow. No problem for small feet. The apartment’s bathroom was appointed properly with plenty of towels, appropriate shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bedroom had a queen size bed. The kitchen was well appointed with utensil necessities, a microwave, excellent stove, large sink, coffee maker and plenty of dishes and flatware along with cooking utensils needed for most cooking ventures. The neighborhood is located in an area that is in the mist of gentrification with plenty of restaurants and quaint shops whilst located close to several shopping areas and about a 20-25 minute walk to the port.
