The place was not clean. Red and white Stains on the floor. I did not feel comfortable in my room. Couch had stains. Bed sheet had a black spot on it. Main elevator was filthy. Gum stuck to the carpet. Halls on third floor were dirty. I will make a note to never stay here again. They offered me a different room. I said no thanks. If the halls and elevator look like that, the next room will be no better. I ended up sleeping on a sidewalk at Union Station. It felt cleaner!

Convenient to PDX - Portland International Airport with 7x24 shuttle on-request. MAX Red Line light rail connects from PDX to i-84/I-30 corridor, Rose Quarter / Moda Center / Veterans' Memorial Coliseum. This older property (1980s) was part of the Carlson chain, now Radisson, and has public space typical of those Carlson hotels. Deferred maintenance is apparent -- parking lot uneven, landscaping, room furniture with torn and stained upholstery, hot-tub needs attention. Housekeeping is good, and non-pet rooms are clean. Food is marginal -- potatoes and cookies are uniformly undercooked -- why? Buffet area lacks sneeze-guards. Included Breakfast features scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage or bacon, self-cook waffles, some frozen berries and fresh apples and bananas.
