Swiming pool heater was not worming with no announcement. I just booked this hotel to use swiming pool. If I knew that I cannot use it. I would reserve a room in Crown Plaza. Also TV stopped working one night. Breakfast was OK. Staff amazing and super friendly.

More than expected.
It is far better than I could have expected. The renovations are very nice to look at and the combinations were more than expected. The full breakfast with everything I could hope for for a free breakfast and more instead of just a sleepy breakfast it's a full breakfast

Neither room had hot water either morning we were there. Staff said 2nd and 3rd floors often don’t have hot water during breakfast service. Hot water is a basic expectation during a hotel stay so that was really disappointing.

Fantastic location, surrounded by great coffee, food, and shopping. Went for a concert at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum, Uber was going to take longer than anticipated (because of traffic congestion) so we opted for a scenic 17-minute walk back to the hotel which was super convenient! Breakfast was great, rooms were spacious and well accommodated. Highly recommend! Also, purchased l valet parking at the last minute and it super convenient and safe because they park the car in a secure gated garage.

Part of the reason we picked this place was because of the pool for our children. After we checked in, there was notice at the pool stating that the pool had not been heated. Our kids were freezing going in and could only stay in the pool for no more than 10 min. This was very unfortunate because we had to make other kid accommodations due to this.

The front desk is helpful and professional. Breakfast has a variety of choices. The room is clean; the bed is comfortable, and I slept well.

Good. We'd stay again but no microwave in rooms, pool being serviced whrn traveling with kid etc.

Great one night stay! All staff were friendly and helpful. Building felt secure and I felt comfortable walking around the neighborhood at night. Breakfast was the best complimentary breakfast I’ve had.
