Check in should have been smoother. The key card didn’t work initially. Also, the bathroom shower door didn’t stay closed. Lastly, there wasn’t much of a fruit selection at breakfast and the juice machine was not working with no other options except milk, water and coffee.

Breakfast was great. Front desk lady was kind enough to fill my water tumbler with ice from the kitchen so I wouldn't have to go search for an ice machine. We were also able to log into Netflix on the TV in the room to watch a movie, which was really nice. We will stay again.

I like that stores are very close to drive too. I didnt expect this from a recently built hotel but the room was very dirty! There was stains all over the carpet and even a nickel as you walk in the room with a bunch of food arpund it. I didnt think the other reviews were real about how dirty the rooms were but after this stay i will not return. Also the hot tub look very dirty. The pool looked smuggy it needed a clean. If you cant see all the way down through the pool that mean it needs immediate attention. The buffet breakfast was terrible its all frozen and especially the omelet tasted expired.

King Bed room was clean and generous sized. Hotel seemed short-staffed. Check in info was lacking, breakfast was staffed by one person alone running to keep up and mentioning they were only one (doing a good job but definitely stressed), was told room would be cleaned every-other day, however it did not get cleaned once during our 3-night stay. Luckily we're clean people and I'm sure we could have requested clean towels, etc if we'd needed them. Nice property, just seems to be struggling for staff.
