Excellent spot to stay at for when attending events at the Moda center. 9 minute walk mostly downhill and flat. Must make reservations ahead of time for dinner on the rooftop.

I was beyond suprised how wonderful this hotel was, especially for the price. It was top notch. I didn't know about the required valet parking, but it was still amazing. It was very clean down the hallways and the room was great. Only thing was the room was very small. They have all the extra goodies in the room which can be expensive if you're not paying attention, or have hungry teens or had too many drinks. There could have been at least 4 towels and were only 3, but it wasn't a problem. The staff.... the staff were the nicest I've ever seen. They were all so helpful and courteous. We arrived really early so I asked if there was a room ready if we could check in and she was very helpful and said yes right away. When I brought the cart back, they pretty much met me at the elevator and got it from me. I walked out of my room to get ice and the maid was vacuuming, she stopped until I got to the elevator and on my way back down. I even asked if she has to do that and she smiled and replied yes. I said it was very nice (even tho I felt unnecessary, I did feel it was nice). The whole vibe made me feel like I was at a super high end hotel in Vegas or something. And even so, those aren't nearly as clean. I will definately stay again!! THANK YOU

Our family stayed the weekend for a blazers game, the location was great, the restaurant was wonderful. The staff was attentive and the valet parking was quick and safe. We will definitely be back!

Staff is phenomenal... Cooling in unit didnt work (it was 74 degrees in our room the whole time until we opened the window. 1 elevator was dkwn and there was a concert that weekend...So when everyone returned there was a about a 20-30 back log of people trying to get into their rooms when the concert got out. Staff was amazing!!!

Great hotel to book if you’re going to an event at the Moda. Staff was fantastic, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Very convenient location to access the train/streetcars to explore.

I’m a bit on the shorter side and found the beds quite high to get into, they were comfortable to sleep on so that made up for it. If you’re shorter than 5’3” you might want to ask about options. The hotel is an easy walk to The Moda Centre and the Tri Met stop. Although there is a coffee shop on site we didn’t get to try it due to its limited hours. There is a large homeless population in the area but we were never approached or felt threatened.

We’ll Be Back!
We had a great time, our room was spacious and comfortable. Nice bathroom with good lighting, comfortable bed and pillows, and within walking distance to a lot of great spots for some food. The staff were helpful and prompt with anything we needed, and the valet were quick and efficient with anything we needed.
