Nestled away in the heart of the Northeast Portland this single level Wygant Way retreat is loaded with charm and amenities.

Fromt the moment you enter, you are greeted with a bright and open flooor plan combining the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Every bit of decor and furnishing was curated to create that perfect blend of Portland style and comfort.

The covered backyard patio offers an exceptional place to relax in the fully fenced backyard which makes it great option if traveling with kiddos or pets. The garage has been converted to a space to enjoy as well. There you will find a pool table and foosball as well as some seating. Let the games begin!

When it is time to rest and recuperate each of the three spacious bedrooms are set up to be as clean and comfortable as possible. The primary bedroom also offers a desk if you need to work in a bit of productivity during your stay.

Between the layout, amenities, and location, you will be hard pressed to find a bettter property while you stay and and enjoy all that Portland and the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video in the interior of the house.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Second stay
Second time staying here only because we couldn't find anything else at the last minute over Memorial Day. The house is great with very comfortable beds, a nice TV and well equipped kitchen in a mostly quiet neighborhood. Minor issues become annoying because the cost is so high because of the much higher than average fees. We reported issues after our first stay two months ago which were not addressed otherwise I would not put them in a review: the issues we reported were difficult to use thermostat with no instructions requiring several phone calls each visit, a loose electric socket in the master under the desk making computer charging difficult, no extra blankets and the comforters are thin. This visit the grass in yard area was uncut so it was difficult for our little dog to navigate.

Great house with yard and pool table
My husband and I stayed at this house with our two dogs on a quick, last-minute work trip. The house is great! The bed is very comfy, everything was clean, and there was plenty of space. We totally forgot to try out the pool table in the garage. We didn't use the kitchen much this time, but the only slight downside is that there are no spices or condiments available. Also, the neighborhood isn't the most walkable, but the fenced backyard was nice for our dogs. We would definitely stay here again!
