Will never stay again. Homeless camps all around property and wandering around property at all hours. Arrived at 1:35am due to flight, was very rudely told we missed check in and their system was running an audit, there was nothing they could do to give us a room until the audit was completed. Extremely stupid planning on their part. Two others came in while we waited wanting to check in also. Hotel allows pets but there are seemingly no rules for keeping pets on leashes as multiple were running around with no supervision. Finally got our room, pillow case had black dirt on it. Not allowed any ‘extra’ pillows, only 4. Hair on half the towels. Not allowed extra towels or washcloths. Have to take dirty ones down to the desk each day to get clean ones. Miserable service. ‘Gym’ has half the dumbbells missing, door does not lock to keep out any random people wandering around. One desk clerk was friendly, another tried to help us out while repeatedly telling us ‘that’s their policy, there’s nothing I can do, and I agree it’s stupid.’

Heater was not working in my room. Spoke with frint desk, clerk told me to reset breaker. I reset breaker and still had no heat. On third nite, I returned to my room to find a new HVAC unit. Heat was working. Still haven't gotten my $50 security deposit back. Hotel property told me it could take 48hrs. It's been double that. Not holding my breath. Likley won't return to that property.

It’s okay but never again
The place was not bad at all it’s the people that was in the next room who was loud in the middle of the morning and even after we woke up. There was no respect for others whatsoever.

The room was great. It was big and clean and one of the two beds was very firm which I like and it’s sometimes hard to find in a hotel. The only issue was the homeless people milling around the area. We felt safe inside the building but we didn’t feel safe going out, especially at night.

Booked this location because it said it had breakfast and there was no breakfast! There were a few yogurts and some oranges, coffee was empty and no other food was available. Don’t advertise your stay comes with breakfast then have none. Beds were very hard and the bathtub stoppers don’t work so that you can’t take a bath. Staff didn’t seem to care much about the breakfast and I would have never booked here had I known I wouldn’t receive the meal. I had to go take my family and find a place to eat and spend additional funds do to this!

The room was great--clean and temp easily controlled. Two plastic drinking glasses, no ice bucket. If we wanted to use the kitchen we had to go to the front desk and check out utensils, pans, silverware, dishes, etc. The listing indicated breakfast included. The breakfast room/tables were dirty and there was little for food. Dry granola bars--a few at best, 2-3 pieces of fruit. 3 containers of yoghert--the staff would bring only 3 at a time. two hard boiled eggs in plastic--no dish or bowl to put them in to warm in the microwave. Hot(rather luke warm) for tea(no milk or 1/2 and 1/2 to use and coffee. Last time for me at an Extended Stay.
