We were given a room in the basement which wasn’t ideal with two kids one being a baby. The elevator was located in an odd location making the stairs the better option but overall not the best with two kids. The room had a mildew smell. The bathrooms light/ fan made an annoying noise anytime it was on and the bathtub drain top was just unscrewed laying in the tub. The hotel could definitely use a renovation. Wasn’t the worst hotel but for the price definitely expected it to be better.

You get what you pay for. Needs a good cleaning, better laundry detergent that actually washes the sheets, beds were worn out, there is a charge for early check in even if they have rooms available before the check in time. It was nice to have a pool that was open 24 hrs but pool could also use a deep clean. Okay place to spend a night or two but not more. There is also breakfast included which was nice but limited food options.

Staff are super friendly and accommodating. They have a decent hot tub and pool. The complimentary breakfast is pretty good, more options then most. The pool and laundry access is 24/7 which is nice. There is a convenience store across it which is very helpful if you need snacks , drinks/ alcohol. I would definitely return and recommend this place if you're visiting oregon.

Bathroom had poop splatters still on the seat cover and outside of bowl was dirty. Ice bucket looked like it had once been thrown up in and not cleaned. The bathroom had pubic hair on the floor and walls were dirty like they hadn’t been wiped down in a while. Bed skirt and box springs had stains and some the of the bed linen had stains as well. Stains on the walls and curtains resembling blood and leather chair next to the bed. What looked to be earwax on the ceiling. Staining of some liquid on the head board and water damage in the bathroom on the wall and door. Other than the AC working properly, the tv, and water running. My family and I weren’t impressed at all. The hand rail leading to the pool deck was rusted out and a hazard honestly. The breakfast was decent and I was skeptical eating that considering the condition of the bedroom…

Located in an industrial area which felt somewhat unsafe. The person at the front desk was clearly uninterested in being there. My unit had a fridge. When I went to put a drink in, there was still left over food from a previous guest. There were also dirty dishes in the unit’s dishwasher. When I talked to the front desk, they just said they were sorry. There was no offer of a way to make it right in some way.
