Very nice hotel in the best location in Portland. Very pleased. The only small gripe is that the only access to the hotel is up 5 or 6 stairs-because the hotel used to be an armory-but the staff assisted with our luggage. However, coming in it out with a baby carriage was a bit taxing, but no big deal.

Very nice, hotel with a lot of charm and haracter. Exceptionally clean, comfortable rooms, hallways and the reception front foyer. Great front desk service from the beginning to the end of our visit to Portland, ME. A lot of dining and options and many other attractions within a walking distance. I would love to comeback and sray at the same hotel.

Quaint hotel in a great area with cobblestone streets and awesome places to eat and drink. The restaurant and bar inside the hotel are great and so are the bartenders and servers. Will be back!

This was our 3rd stay in 3 years. Great location, comfortable, safe and clean. It's a nice hotel, though the price has gone up over the years while not much has changed to improve/upgrade rooms and bathrooms. Service and hospitality was great - Sarah handled an issue for us immediately after it was brought to her attention, offering a solution that was greatly appreciated.
