Nice hotel for the price.
Pretty standard Ramada. The building is old but looks like it's in the process of being updated. Good breakfast and friendly efficient staff. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the traveling library.

The location is in an industrial park but the road up to the hotel is closed and there’s no directions on where to enter. The outside looks run down with trash in the parking lot. It definitely did not give a good first impression. The front desk staff were polite but not very welcoming. There was also no mention of a $50 hold on your card, it is refundable after check out.The elevators were dirty and had an odd smell to them. The hallway smelled like weed and the room was still very dirty. There was still hair in the shower the floor was dirty there was something splattered on the walls and the door. The tv stand had ketchup stuck to it. (At least I hope it was ketchup)There was something on the floor that easily came up with a baby wipe so it wasn’t a stain. Everything just appeared like it was never properly cleaned after the last guest. The beds are very soft but lack support. There were no extra blankets or pillows in the room even though we let them know ahead of time we’d have 2 adults and 3 kids. They say kids stay free but I was still charged an additional person fee. The breakfast “buffet” consisted of microwaved egg patties and a waffle maker with very few alternative choices. There is a sign at the front desk saying they do not clean the rooms daily, you have to request that your room be cleaned the night before. Just overall disgusted and disappointed with what I got considering how much they charge for a night.

Staff at check in - 5 stars. Room - old and bit moldy smell. Bath - shower curtain smell so bad! Bed - on the soft side, but ok. Breakfast- simple but great for travelers. Parking - easy!

Booked a room that was supposed to be refurbished and it wasn’t. Picture from the booking was not the same room. Hotel said it was a different room and couldn’t get money back for the difference in the room. First room given was dirty and smelled. Large fan in room like it was being worked on. Then 2nd carpet wasn’t vacuumed, tile floors broken and missing pieces in bathroom. No chairs for the dining table.

Availability was what we needed
The room was in acceptable condition. The bathroom needs major renovation. The toilet pipes “screech” after flushing until the tank is filled again. The AC unit makes a horrendous noise, like a planes engine revving up, the entire time it’s running. If you like white noise, this might not bother you.

We recently stayed at this property with our 2 dogs who we always travel with, and the price we paid was ridiculous expensive not even close to what the value of this place should be. The website never stated that there was an extra fee for pets and the pictures of the place were misleading. We got there late and were exhausted but the floor in our room was dirty, looked as if when it was swept they swept it into the corner and left it, the walls were dirty and some of the paint/wall paper was ripped off. The only outlet we could use to charge our phones was in the bathroom. Half the lamps didn't have light bulbs. Turned the TV on and there was no programming only snow. Wasn't told you had to request housekeeping the night before. When asked about these issues just got I'm sorry and a shrug. We always travel with our dogs and they are pretty good at letting us know if something is off and they were not comfortable at all and on edge the whole time. Luckily we only spent 2 nights tried to spend as much time as possible not in the room. Needless to say we will not be back to this hotel.

The door to my room was damaged as if someone had tried to break in. There were no waters or cups in the room. If we wanted water we had to go down to the lobby to purchase it.

All the staff I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. The condition of the room, especially the bathroom was not good. Bathroom ceiling had significant mold and the floor looked dirty. Rest of the room appeared worn and rough.
