Probably an old building and some renovated and to new. My room was pretty big and good for one bed.kitchen area was newly renovated.some scratch marks floor or table, some looks like dropped paint? I thought was dirt, and dirty but it didn't. Also little disappointed was no hangers,it means no hang up my clothes.or pepper cups.but there was soap and towel. Luckily I had own stuff carried. But I didn't have hair dryer.( As precious I stayed hotel.diffrent area.they always have. Window curtain had space from wall and can see from outside to inside (if dark outside,in side has light) I had to clip with clippers or safety pin. A/C was working good. But blanket was too thin and too cold.feel like only sheets.

The pool was closed and coverwd in algae, the whole building reeked of cigarettes, and our room had smears of grime on the walls, floors, doors, and curtains. There were food crumbs on the kitchenette counters and bugs crawling in the bathroom. On the morning of checkout a transient person had set up camp in the lobby while using drugs and defecating on the floor, and barking dogs and screaming between other guests was constant. Only rated it 3 stars because we somewhat expected it to be gorss because it's a Motel 6 (and they always are).

Staff were friendly, but they were understaffed and unavailable to assist at most points. TV did not work, and there were ants in the sheets. Guests hanging out in the parking garage, which was dirty and smelled of vomit.

I've always been a fan of the layout of studio 6, however their refundable deposit is ridiculous. I was told it would take 3-14 days to receive my money back.

I'll never go there again.
Ignore the website and the sign on the office about the amenities offered. The kitchen had nothing in it until we asked and were given the minimum we asked for. None of it looked very clean. No coffee pot available. Housekeeping never came into our room in a 3 day stay. We were given towels when I asked, but grudgingly because it was after 5 pm. The bed rolled us both into the middle of the bed. The young man in the office the day we left was friendly, in contrast to the person there at other times. Looking for one positive thing to say, I can say that I saw no bugs in the facility.

DO NOT BOOK RESERVATIONS HERE!!! Arrived at 10:21 pm with prepaid 3-night reservations. Front desk was closed even though email said open until 11:00 pm. Sign said to call security to check in which I did. First told no security onsite but they would send someone to the hotel. After 30 minutes elapsed, called security again and they said no one was available, but they would send someone but no guarantee on time or persons name. It is now 11:21 - one hour later. I call corporate office number posted on window and they said sorry, since you booked and paid through Expedia we cannot help you. By this time 3 other couples had arrived for check-in as well. Quickly booked another hotel, but get this: Studio 6 and Expedia refused to refund me my money. DO NOT PREPAY EXPEDIA!!!

I arrived at the hotel close to midnight, and there was no one available to check me in. I was only staying for the night, Metro Security had been called to provide assistance in retrieving my room key. But I had to wait nearly 30-40 minutes before someone finally arrived. There was a sign on the office window that read staff will return at 8 am. When I went back to check out, and it was after 8 am, no one was there either. There were numerous room keys dropped off at the front desk.
