The girls at the front desk were clearly inconvenienced by anyone checking in , including myself . They were rude , very uninformative , the only other staff I saw was not helpful in any way. The area outside the elevators in parking garage were piled with trash . The room was alright but for what I paid I expected way nicer . I will not be returning that’s for sure .

The building itself is beautiful, located in a great area in Portland. The Mayrose restaurant was delicious! I also think it was great that the pool was located in the middle flooring so you did not have to walk through the lobby after swimming. Concierge was a great guy, very courteous and helpful in whatever situation. Robert is amazing! Thanks all.

I found the Staff and service at this hotel abysmal. We only stayed two nights and I couldn’t wait to leave. Wish I had booked at a Marriott or other. Cassandra was really rude at front. We asked for a corkscrew and were sent on a wild goose chase to multiple staff and ultimately had to bring the wine downstairs to have it opened. What large scale hotel doesn’t have a corkscrew to send to a room?! That is how bad this place is. Hate to complain but this was a bad experience.

Did a road trip from Vancouver to LA and stop by Portland . The Duniway is the worst hotel we did , staff is terrible specially the front desk ! Also Portland is very dirty , homeless everywhere but we are ok because we come from Van . There is nothing special to do there so it’s a city to avoid .Good point to the architecture , I’m sure it used to be a great city before Covid , now it’s a ghost town with rude people.

Bathroom wasn’t clean enough the water in the shower wasn’t working properly or it was to hot or freezing cold I let them know and they offered me to send me a engineer for real they think we come to a hotel to have some one on are room doing some repairs honestly unacceptable since I don’t have time to look for a different hotel and was already pay we just let it pass but we never going to came back to this hotel they don’t know how to treat there guests w e have to shower with cold water unacceptable
