Great Stay at the Woodlark
Room was clean and ready at check-in time. This hotel is in a historic building with tastefully remodeled rooms. Some might find the standard king room small but we weren’t bothered by it, having just two small suitcases. There was no city noise at night from our room location. Front desk area doubled as a coffee lounge which was nice. Staff and valet were all courteous. We would stay here again.

Stayed here for one night and while the hotel is gorgeous, and located in downtown, we had issues right from the start. They only offer valet parking, which is an extra 55 (this should be stated when booking), and it’s in a parking garage with a 7 foot clearance. The hotel has no other parking, so you can pay for parking on the street which is 2 hours at a time and free from 7pm-8am (so you need to make sure you are gone by then). They do have 24 hour parking lots but not super close to the hotel, which the staff didn’t tell us about at all, we just happened to see them. Thankfully we found a spot on the street after 7pm. The room was pricey and super small. A family of 4 is definitely crammed in there. It was beautiful, but I couldn’t say that we would stay again.

All of the staff made friendly impressions and offered good service during our 2nd stay here. Comfy bed, hot water, safe location. Did not notice any street noise at night. Very happy with our choice to stay here and we would stay again.

Loved this property. It was beautiful, comfortable, friendly and convenient. I do with the rooms had coffee in them, but I wouldn’t even call that a flaw. Absolutely would stay here again.
