Customer service as great and it was very quiet even though on a busy street. The bummer was the smell of cigarette smoke in and outdoors. When we turned out room heat/cool fan on it smelled terribly of cigarette smoke.

Our room on the first floor was damp, musty and smelled of mildew. My eyes were very irritated from the smell. The room was very hot all night and would not cool down.We didn't get much sleep. My husband and I were both very congested the next morning. We will not stay here again.
