Posizione comoda a due passi dal centro di Porto Cesareo. Casa con ambienti molto spaziosi e ben distribuiti. Pulizia generale non molto accurata e mancavano utensili come tagliere e coltelli da cucina. Staff all accoglienza disponibile e gentile.

Casa spaziosa e comunicazione eccellente
Ho soggiornato in questa casa con altre otto persone ed é stata una bella esperienza. La casa era molto spaziosa, perfetta per ospitare un gruppo numeroso. Ogni stanza era ben curata e accogliente, e gli spazi comuni, come il soggiorno e la cucina, erano ampi e ben attrezzati. La comunicazione con chi gestisce la proprietà è stata ottima, sono stati sempre disponibili e rapidi nel rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. Anche la posizione è stata ottima. La casa è situata in una zona centrale, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dai principali punti di interesse di porto cesareo. In conclusione, è stata un'ottima scelta per il nostro gruppo. Decisamente consigliato!

Eravamo 11 persone (3 famiglie), casa spaziosa con anche la lavastoviglie che non c era nell elenco dei servizi. Zona comoda per raggiungere spiagge, supermercati e pescherie. Disponibilità veramente top... Grazie per l.esperienza!!!

Casa molto grande spaziosa e posizione ottima si può fare tutto a piedi , il mare vicino a casa è una palude se si vuole visitare il vero mare si deve prendere l’auto ma tutto vicinissimo 10/15 min di distanza. L’unico neo casa vecchia che deve essere assolutamente ristrutturata specialmente l’impianto elettrico con prese che uscivano dal muro , un’ansia con i bimbi piccoli!!! Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile alla richiesta di una lavastoviglie funzionante si è subito adoperata e il giorno dopo ne avevamo già una nuova!!! Super efficiente anche x tutte le altre richieste!!

Ottima casa, ideale per 8 persone ma buona anche per 10. Posizione della casa ottima e spazi ben distribuiti. Punti a favore sicuramente la posizione, le docce esterne e la possibilità di parcheggiare fino a 3 auto nel cancello. Casa fresca, grazie anche ai ventilatori potenti messi a disposizione. La consigliamo sicuramente! Unica pecca il contatore non supporta troppi elettrodomestici insieme, per cui può saltare facilmente la corrente. Ma è risolvibile !

Ottimo posto
Ottimo posto a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e a tutte le comodità, la padrona di casa è molto gentile e sempre disponibile per ogni evenienza. La casa si presenta molto bene pulita e tenuta a regola d'arte, l'unico problema che abbiamo riscontrato in 11 persone è stata la corrente che essendoci i fornelli ad induzione con il boiler acceso e un phone saltava in continuazione, siamo stati molto bene consigliato per un gruppo di ragazzi.

Posizione bellissima vicino al mare e al centro, ottima veranda per pranzi o cene all'aperto, proprietari disponibili e cordiali. Le poche pecche sono: i soli 3 ventilatori per le 4 stanze durante le calde notti estive, letti non molto comodi e frigorifero un po' piccolo per 10 ospiti...

Casa situata vicino alla spiaggia di Porto cesareo e comoda da raggiungere sia in auto che a piedi dal centro del paese. Camere comode e ampia veranda dove poter mangiare tutti insieme senza problemi di spazio, proprietaria sempre disponibile e gentile

La casa rispecchia esattamente le foto, molto spaziosa è fresca, bagni funzionali e cucina nuova. L’unica pecca è stata la mancanza di una moka adatta all’induzione per fare un caffè la mattina ma ci siamo arrangiati.

ein sehr geräumiges Haus, schön gelegen
Der Sandstrand vom Porto Cesareo ist sehr gut für Familien mit Kindern geeignet, weil es sehr flach ins Wasser geht . Es gibt sogar Bäume, die Schatten spenden. Das Haus ist in der Nähe vom Strand. Es gab keine Bettwäsche und keine Handtücher im Haus, aber in Italien ist es oft nicht inklusive, sondern gegen einer Gebühr, bitte kontrollieren. Wir hatten eine große voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Esszimmer, 2 Bäder und 3 Schlafzimmer. Im Garten konnte man Aprikosen vom Baum pflücken und duschen im Mondschein ;) Direkt gegenüber war eine Drogerie. Die Läden und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Es gab immer Parkplätze in der Straße. WLAN hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Wir haben einen Zugang aus dem benachbarten Haus bekommen, draußen im Hof konnte man sich anwählen, es war aber mühsam. Ansonsten ein sehr sehr gutes Haus, zu einem guten Preis in einer malerischen Ortschaft. Die richtig schwimmen wollen, vielleicht auch ins Meer reinspringen, sollen ein paar Ortschaften weiter fahren.

Casa con grande potenziale anche se un po' trascurata in alcuni aspetti. Bello spazio esterno
3 camere di cui una disagiata in quanto principale accesso all'intera casa. Bello lo spazio esterno anche se non proprio curato per via del fogliame accumulato. Cancello carraio molto piccolo per manovrare d'ingresso della ns.auto di media grandezza. L'assitenza in loco è stata ottima e nel complesso il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono.

Comoda e confortevole
Abbiamo soggiornato in dieci e ci siamo trovati molto bene, sia con la proprietaria (gentile e disponibile) che in casa. Pro: doccia in giardino (davvero comoda al ritorno dal mare), parcheggio interno (spazio per due macchine grandi), ventilatori quasi in ogni stanza, porticato esterno, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla spiaggia, possibilità di avere il servizio di pulizia. Contro (davvero pochi, solo alcune sottigliezze): stoviglie un po contate per dieci, poca attrezzatura base per la gestione della casa (stracci, prodotti per pulizia ecc), sistema porta a porta per i rifiuti (difficile da gestire in tanti soprattutto alla partenza perché a Porto Cesareo non ci sono cassonetti pubblici), compensato dalla gentilezza della proprietaria che ci ha permesso di lasciare gli ultimissimi sacchetti.
