Well located and has a kitchen
The property is well located and great for small groups since it has a small kitchen and living room. It has the basic necessities and very clean. Access is via a code for the main door and the reception is only open from 930-1630h so take not of this in case you need to leave your luggage. I would have preferred to have a manual lock from the inside or a bolt on the door for more security since the door is only locked by a digital code.

Great value accommodation in a convenient location. We had everything we needed. It was nice to have a bit more space. Communication was great and the hotel were very accommodating to allow our son to spend a night on the (very comfortable) sofa bed.

I loved my ground floor apartment facing the garden. I cooked every day in the bright mini kitchen and sleep well (even though my double bed was a bit on the small side). It's super central with markets and subway station very close by. The street is busy with restaurants so apartments facing out might suffer from noise. I'd recommend and stay there again.

Great location, near San Bento station. Walking distice to main iconic places in Porto. Check-in was fine. I got all the support from the hotel staff. Check-out was great also, The staff even printed for me my bording passes for my next flight on a Sunday. I were impressed by their support. Thanks.

Comfortable room, but a noise problem
The apartment was beautiful - really clean and well kept. They left a welcome gift which was very sweet. Everything you need for a short stay can be found here although I didn’t really use kitchen facilities. The only problem was that the apartment I was in (balcony apartment) was EXTREMELY noisy on the weekends. It’s above lots of bars and restaurants and there was loud shouting until at least 2 or 3am every night so I was unable to get a good night of sleep. But I’m sure if you booked a different apartment you would be fine!

Terrible stay. Noise from outside and inside until 4:00 - 5:00 am. People staying in apartment above were throwing trash down onto our balcony. Would not recommend to anyone and would not stay again.

The room is ok for two people but definitely not for four people. It is very small one extra blocked the bathroom entry and the other bed blocked the balcony door access. The beds were awful, they were wood planks with several layers of blankets covering it. The description was very deceiving. No elevator but at least it had air conditioning.

All good new modern and clean but feels too sterile, too arranged and empty, too minimalistic - some more additional small things will make it feel better like small rugs here and there for cosines and definitely some toiletries as well as an actual shelf/place to leave them when you are in the shower cabin! It's such an uncomfortable issue, just put a shelf or a rack of some sort for people to leave their shampoo and shower gels ! Otherwise all great, staff good, location perfect, good privacy, nice internal garden.

전반적으로 흠잡을 곳 없이 깔끔하고 편리한 숙소였습니다. 엘리베이터가 없긴 하나 지역 특성상 감안할 수 있는 부분이었습니다. 객실 내 조명이 너무 부족해서 밤에 너무 어두운 것은 단점이었구요. 숙소 담당자와 연락이 어려운 점은 불편했습니다. 현지 전화번호가 없는 외국인 관광객 입장에서 호텔스닷컴 메세지만으로 연락해야 하는데 아침에도 실시간으로 연락이 되지 않았습니다.
