We loved the Neya Porto. What sold us was the rooms facing the river. The photos depict the amazing views of the river from those rooms. The other great part was the location of it made the hotel very quiet at night. Quick and easy uphill walk to all the restaurants and shops which is exactly what we were looking for. We had an early tour one morning and had to leave for the airport early another so we did the breakfast included option and were really glad we did. Great options for a quick and easy breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, beautiful room with an amazing view of the Douro River and Gaia. parking was available with tight quarters. Food was ok for breakfast though found the rooftop food less desk.

We stayed here the day before we had to leave Portugal and we needed a place with parking for our rental car. Check in went smoothly, the parking garage was clean, safe and secure. The location was walking distance to the Ribeira. And our River View room was the perfect way to end our Portugal trip!!! Opening the window doors and just sitting out watching the boats on the river was a highlight! Staff was all great and the hotel was gorgeous!

We really enjoyed our stay at the NEYA hotel. I would highly recommend anyone considering it. It is a long the Duoro river with no obstructions in the stunning view. Very relaxing environment. The breakfast was delicious and always a bonus to have included in the price.

Amazing view from our balcony! Breakfast with wide variety of fresh baked pastries, fresh squeezed juices, cappuccino/espresso/coffee choices, cheeses and prosciutto, fresh eggs and fresh fruit selections. Gracious, welcoming, friendly, helpful staff. Bikes to borrow for the day/hour! Didn’t have kiddos with us but there were lots around and were well accommodated. Staff appeared to speak a variety of languages incl English, at least one spoke French, Spanish.
