This property claims to be a spa hotel. But they don't even offer robes or slippers in the room. They guilt you to not get your room cleaned. The spa is also closed two days out of the week but fail to inform you that. We also couldn't access the rooftop for dinner during our short stay because there was a staff party. Again, no mention of that or warning that it won't be available during our stay. We booked this for the spa and gorgeous rooftop but didn't get to use either one of those things. Staff were not helpful about this. The walk is also 15 mins just to the town but if you want to go see anything else you'll be walking up and down hills a lot. Or paying for taxis/uber a lot during your trip. You are better off staying in the heart of the town! There are lots of nicer spa hotels!

Fabulous clean hotel with lots amenities, including a beautiful cloister that nobody seemed to use which connected to the spa area. The lady in the spa area took time to give a guided tour of the area and it seemed so chilled. The bar area had a lovely view along the river which was lit up nicely at night. The food and drink provided was a really good standard and often brought to the bar area by a robot waitress. I booked the VIP package for the room as we were celebrating and this was amazing. The main part of the town was within walking distance but was well serviced by bus or tram if you don't fancy walking. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Porto. Enjoy.

We loved the Neya Porto. What sold us was the rooms facing the river. The photos depict the amazing views of the river from those rooms. The other great part was the location of it made the hotel very quiet at night. Quick and easy uphill walk to all the restaurants and shops which is exactly what we were looking for. We had an early tour one morning and had to leave for the airport early another so we did the breakfast included option and were really glad we did. Great options for a quick and easy breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, beautiful room with an amazing view of the Douro River and Gaia. parking was available with tight quarters. Food was ok for breakfast though found the rooftop food less desk.
